After a long break, I had a manicure with a long-lasting gel polish coating. I did it on 04/28/2025, and on the 29th I flew on vacation. A few days later, I noticed that the coating began to peel off. Upon my return, I wrote to the messenger about the problem and I was invited to come to understand why this happened. When I arrived, they blamed everything on the sea and the sun, and possibly on the unfortunate composition of the gel polish. The master reported that she had done her job well. It turned out that they have a 5-day warranty from the date of application, and I am no longer under warranty, and no one thought it necessary to inform me about the warranty period ... there is zero customer orientation.
