In December 2024, we stopped by for a snack, and the food turned out to be unexpectedly divine: a delicate cream soup made from champignons, delicious draniki with salmon and pickle, and a hanger melting in your mouth🤤🤤🤤 The service is fast, the staff is pleasant and courteous. I was very surprised that in such a high-quality place we were the only guests on the ground floor.
Yesterday I wanted something that wasn't homemade, and I remembered this place. Order via Delivio 4132339: solyanka, spinach cream soup, carbonara, Ossetian pie and burger. I want to express my deep gratitude to your chef with golden hands!! Very tasty, VERY!! I don't like burgers, but it smelled so delicious of fresh bread and meat with smoke that my husband got bitten by a third, one bite was not enough for me, I wanted to lick the box of carbonara, the pie is soft and there is a lot of filling, even the crusts were eaten, the soups are awesome! And yes, we ordered at 7.30 pm, at 8.20 pm the food was hot at my place.

The review is written for delivery from this institution! I've never been to the institution itself. We ordered delivery for the evening on 27.09 via Slivki. We took 4 servings of pancakes, 2 Buffalo wings and string beans. The pre-order was placed in the afternoon (somewhere between 14:30 and 15:00) at 19:00. The price turned out to be 76.50 rubles. (This is taking into account the cream coupon). And now the hour of "x" has come. It's already 19:15, there's no delivery guy. I'm calling the institution to clarify where the order is and how long to wait. The operator (maybe the administrator) clarified what we ordered and told me, quote: "well, I do not know, your order was picked up a long time ago, wait" and hung up. This answer didn't really suit me. I believe that I, as a customer, should have received specific information about where my order is located. After 5-7 minutes, the courier calls me (a very nice man) and informs me that my order was forgotten at the institution and was not taken for delivery, but he is nearby and will deliver within 30 minutes. It was only thanks to this deliveryman that I gave 4 stars, a very pleasant person. The food is also so-so. The pancakes have neither texture nor taste, they are just soft, the wings are more or less, the cheese sauce is definitely a plus, it is very good, the beans are standard.

The delivery arrived on time and hot, the hodgepodge is delicious, just because of this 3 stars. I ordered pancakes with mushrooms, what is on the menu and what was brought-2 different dishes. Onions and mushrooms are undercooked, sour cream is separately in a container (onions and mushrooms in sour cream sauce are on the menu), pancakes are fried in oil of not the first freshness (although the order is in the morning). The greens were not put at all. Two sets of appliances were ordered, but 2 turned out to be only knives.I do not recommend this institution, they treat their duties in bad faith.

On the night of September 14-15, my friend decided to go to this cafe, where she encountered abnormal treatment from the staff, in particular from a plump waitress with a black ponytail and a woman with long blond hair. Instead of accepting the order, these two employees and the man who joined them began to throw mud at my friend and call her "crazy" and "mephedrone." After they brought her to tears, after she barely calmed down, deciding to find out why she was treated like this, they continued the harassment, filming and threatening to post it on the Internet. I also want to clarify that my friend looked completely normal, dressed normally, and talked normally. I think this behavior is unacceptable in such establishments.
