The transition from Crimea to Ukraine was calm, without queues and complications, and back there was a whole quest, all evil, not friendly, sheer rudeness.
When we were traveling to Ukraine, we were going to get documents for the child, no one warned us that the child was 8 months old, would need a foreign passport, as a result, we spent the night at the checkpoint with bags and babies, in the morning it turned out that the passport desk, which was organized at the checkpoint, does not take photos for kids, we searched for a car for a long time, to go to Kalanchak and take a photo. Then, during the transition, it turned out that a 9-month-old child was not at all a reason to go without a queue, although on the way there, we were separately escorted forward ... a mess, nothing new
A decent checkpoint. It's very good that they put X-rays on both sides for things. It happens quickly, you don't have to turn over your underpants in your suitcases… And for the rest, of course, not without overkill. There is a hand-held shmon at the entrance from the Russian side.. why this nonsense is a mystery! A lot of wasted time and inconvenience for people.
