We have traveled through this customs more than once. It's terrible! A large bus with passengers on departure from the LPR to Russia stood for 2.5 hours. People went to the toilet in the nearest thicket. This has been more than two years of the LPR as part of Russia! I will not leave a photo, because it is night, dark. The sleepy faces of the employees will not turn out photogenic! Change the management and staff - then everything will be for people, not for a bunch of these "workers"!
The checkpoint in Izvarino works much more efficiently!
9.10.2024 we stood in the direction of Rostov for a very long time. 2.5 hours minimum.
But I want to thank the real men who stopped the attempts of all the "cornhuskers" to go around the whole traffic jam and squeeze in.
Especially bravo to the military, who forced one of the most arrogant to pull all the things out of the car and turn back around. You are a hero.
The very boorish attitude of employees, feeling power over people, consider it normal to yell, be rude, not let them go to the toilet with children after a 2-hour traffic jam. You can't even go into the bushes. Barbed wire is everywhere .
There is no control from the checkpoint staff, everyone is rushing along the oncoming lane, the rest are standing in line. Set up the work, and the queue will decrease faster.
After the customs were abolished at all checkpoints of the LPR, these points continue such activities as the inspection of personal belongings and vehicles, and there are no preferential queues for documents. It turns out strangely, for example, in a bank, or other state authorities, disabled people and parents with infants are served out of turn, and at all these checkpoints some kind of special status, their own.It turns out that they consider themselves representatives of the state authorities, but at the same time they perform only those services that are convenient only for themselves. The employees of this checkpoint work in such a way as to create kilometer-long queues from all sides. The attitude towards people is boorish.
Very poor bandwidth. My husband drove a truck, working for an organization that supplies food to the Crimea, left empty on the territory of the Russian Federation, from 3 a.m. to 2 p.m. he still did not cross the border. Despite the fact that there were 20 trucks in total. Due to such delays, the deadlines for loading and delivery of food are disrupted, thereby leading to an increase in the cost of products for the end consumer.
A very bad transition. Border guards are like sleepy flies. At least from one, at least from the other (Russian) side. Incomprehensible expectations, they are kept at the barrier (at "zero"), although the checkpoint is empty inside. At night, they generally sleep on the barrier and do not let anyone through. Sometimes you have to stand for an hour and a half. This applies to both the LNR border guards and the Russian ones.
If it weren't for the queue, the border would be ideal, but how many times have I crossed, I realized one pattern, if you cross the border of the Russian Federation after 00:00, you can go much faster towards the LPR, and from the LPR side, on the contrary, it is better during the day)
One thing can be said, if the Russian border was skipped like the LNR, there would be no queues at all. Leaving Russia, there were about 40-50 cars at zero in the direction of Russia. Despite the fact that there is no toilet there and it does not work on the Russian border either!
Have a nice day, everyone!
At the entrance, with Russian plates, they were forced to stand in a common queue!!((I asked what the reason was, raised my voice!!((I had to raise a scandal!((
The checkpoint is normal, but it leads nowhere. The direction towards the Red Ray is not the road, but the direction. A huge number of deep pits with sharp edges. The most terrible section is from Zelenopolye to Anthracite. Driving here at night is an unjustified risk. The road to Sverdlovsk is better, but it's still a stretch to call it a road. It is easier to go to the Gukovsky checkpoint. The road from Sverdlovsk to Lugansk is already normal.
Customs officers are too greyhound, especially trainees. No one has ever heard of masks from the Russian side. In turn, all measures are being observed by the LPR
Everything is fine, the attitude is good, but it happens in different ways, this time they were allowed to go there and back quickly without delay, but it happened that they stood in line for a very long time. Probably it all depends on luck or on the shift!
Long waiting in line to enter the customs territory. The children's queue depends on the shift. Some border guards at the checkpoint do not even know about such a queue. The child is 2 months old, it is very difficult to calm the crying child in the car, it is forbidden to leave the car at the customs territory. You have to sit in the car with a screaming child for 40 minutes. I would like more comfort for cars with small children. And an understanding shift, thank you very much for your efficiency and good-naturedness!
The staff of the point are polite and attentive. They will help you with a quick reaction, listen and explain. Document verification goes very quickly and efficiently.🙂
The inspection of personal belongings is carried out on the street, on the asphalt, if a citizen crosses the border on his own.It would not hurt for the service staff to treat the citizens of their country more respectfully, etc. too.

On the Ukrainian side, for a well-known reason, there has been no repair for a long time, it is extremely dangerous to go towards Anthracite. All the bushes at the checkpoint are polluted, it is impossible to predict the waiting time for the passage. But on the Russian side, they are vigilant so that no one smuggles walnuts from Ukraine — they forced them to throw away a large package.
There are always queues, even if only one of your buses has to wait until the customs officers come out to check, then to view the luggage, we just stand and wait! I drive often and always like this! And a separate topic is toilets! They just don't exist! I was driving in May, I worked alone for 50 people from the bus! Children, women, men all in one door! Here's another delay! Why not at least make a street one? It takes so long to queue up... This is at the Russian customs. On Lnrovskaya Street, in general, without words - sometimes they don't even let you off the bus! If you can't stand it, the toilet is in the bushes! Moving customs from both sides is always a challenge!
The staff is polite, there is no empty talk. They do everything quickly. I would not jinx it. I moved by bus, I don't know about cars, but buses try not to delay. 5 points. Well done
The transition is convenient. There is a toilet, a cafe, equipped with everything necessary for the inspection and convenience of people. Only this is not Ukraine, but the LPR
Employees work according to their mood.
No matter what you ask, they don't answer politely, as if everyone owes them something. These are especially the customs officers of the LPR. Well, in general, you can drive.
Maybe that's how we got to the border, but we began to pass faster. Previously, they were allowed to pass quickly from Russia, and from the LPR side they waited 5-6 hours for the territory of Russia. I think things have changed for the better now. If only the road to the Red Ray could be repaired, it would be cool.

A hellish place where people, feeling power, are ready to wipe their feet on you and trample on you. Although, of course, everything depends on the shift, including humanity and humanity.
