The SPECSAN company, namely employees Kirill and Nikolai, installed a heating and water supply system in our house. When the heating was turned on, the system leaked in many places. It turned out that this company did not have the experience and skills to install a heating system with metal polymer pipes, which they later admitted. As a result, we had to dismantle the concrete floor, re-buy the material and pay for the installation to other builders. When contacting this company, namely Kirill, who is the organizer, for damages, we were refused. This company undertakes work in which it is incompetent, without worrying about the consequences and refuses to be responsible for the damage caused to the customer. Such a sad experience happened to us, which I don't wish on anyone.
