It wasn't that they hadn't stitched it, there wasn't even a sign that they had picked it up. They wanted to quietly cut down money without doing anything!!!

I used the services of this company several times, but with a different branch. Everything was fine. This time I decided to use this branch - which I regretted. I brought winter boots to be stitched, they were stitched, but when I took them away, I found that the decorative elements were cracked. When asked why, I was told that it was so. I insisted that I wash my shoes daily and would see these cracks. But Maste stood his ground. I took the shoes and left.
A day later, the decor just started to bulge from the shoes and clings to the surrounding objects when walking. I went back to the workshop. After showing the flaws, she insisted on a second repair. The master reluctantly agreed to redo his work, after inviting a senior employee. Who, in turn, promised that they would solder and paint over. I'll get a call in 2 days and everything will be fine. No one called back. I came to the workshop, but it turned out that it was not ready yet, Because the paint had not been brought. OK, we agreed that they would call back in two more days - silence again. I came, my shoes were painted in the decorative area (not in silver color, as it was originally, but in black), but their readiness has not yet been confirmed. The master came and presented me with shoes with the promise that the paint would not wear off for a very long time... Three days later, the paint began to wear off... Conclusion - if you want to keep your shoes, choose another workshop.
