I ordered carpet cleaning for the second time. Everything was fine the first time. But the second time the guys really let me down. We agreed on the amount on Instagram, and when the driver arrived, he said that he still needed to pay 5 rubles for the road. Because the road to Uritskoye is blocked (by the way, it's been six months now), but they either didn't know or forgot. I refused to pay extra, the driver refused to pick up the carpet and left. I wrote on Instagram that this is not right, you missed this moment, and I have to pay. You let me down. They retaliated to me, saying that we came to you, but you refused. Then they also accused me of pouring my bile on them. I don't know what kind of boor they have on social media, because the company is completely not client-oriented. By the way, snowflake (dry cleaning) cleaned my carpet for 5 rubles cheaper. They picked it up and brought it back. Therefore, Kovromoy, you can't do this to customers, work on the service! Sit down, two for you!
