So I believed the paid reviews.
Bottom line: Returned with new stains. There is no control over the work performed.
They do NOT issue a check (they work in the black).
The staff is rude. A woman, a disgusting entity.
You don't follow the quality (with a small letter). An empty unsubscribe, no more!!!
Came to fix it, so she tried to make me look like a fool. I wiped the stains with a solvent. It's my time and my family's time. I would have given more time to my child and wife. A rug hung on the balcony for two days, and the whole apartment stank of cheap and the most caustic solvent. Don't set foot in this hellhole!

I do not know this Attitude towards Every client?! The receptionist Danuta Micheslavovna met me and promised that my carpet would be as good as new! The guys washed the carpet more than I could imagine (I have a small child and it would seem only the trash is waiting for him)...
I would not write a review if I had not called a carpet cleaner at home a year before you, paying twice as much..... everything was done here just super clean and beautiful as new and the smell of cleanliness is incomparable !!!

It is convenient to drive up and park (not like Oktyabrskaya 19, for example), the street is not busy; correct acceptance: there is a table for carpet inspection (in others, even the color is written from words without unfolding), SMS messages are sent to the phone about readiness (which does not happen everywhere), carpet cleaning is good, drying is excellent, dry, without foreign odors of the matted carpet; reasonable prices. At the same time, I washed a clean carpet here, which was cleaned and smelled of sweetness in another cleaning. Great! In addition, they have an overlock. If the carpet is not very fluffy and not very hard, even after cleaning, they can cut off a piece and sweep both pieces. I don't know about cleaning pillows, but I'll try later.
