Excellent location, good location, always delicious and high-quality dishes, friendly and courteous staff. The establishment is open all year round. This year, the area was expanded, additional tables were installed outside under umbrellas, and the area on the beach was also equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, in a beautiful style. There is excellent Internet in the restaurant and nearby, who came from Russia and did not connect roaming / did not buy a local SIM card. I highly recommend it for a visit.

A very atmospheric place on the central city beach of Pitsunda, at the end of the Cypress Alley. A log cabin of original architecture, located on the edge of a relict pine grove directly above the beach. There is excellent cuisine and gorgeous sea views. People come to rest not only from Pitsunda, but also from Alakhadze, Gagra and other places of Abkhazia. I recommend.

Very nice place, the staff is attentive and helpful. Delicious dishes. There is a toilet room, clean and well equipped. This institution differs from the others in its atmosphere and hospitality. It was my first time in Abkhazia, I am very pleased.

If you do not know where to have a delicious, high-quality and good meal, then do not pass by the Ark institution. It is located right on the beach, there is a veranda and tables inside the air-conditioned room. The kitchen is above praise, a cheerful cook, with whom you can talk a little when he blows up the grill. The portions are large, in beautiful dishes.
In this place you will not hear the songs of Stas Mikhailov and other unbearable Russian pop that tormented everyone on the coast. A modern background chillout sounds, and after sunset you can enjoy a live performance of works on the piano.

The best place for many years, even if we come on vacation to Sochi, to enjoy delicious coffee, we cross the border of Abkhazia and go with the whole family to Pitsunda, to our beloved "Ark"!!! How delicious the food is there, the staff. It's insanely cool in summer and winter. Even our moody daughter (maloezhka) eats here for three people. Thank you so much for your work.

We were in the Ark on September 26, and earlier we somehow passed by this place for no reason and very in vain. We were sitting inside, everything is clean, the interior is very pleasant, there is a toilet, which is super important, music, Wi-Fi. The dishes were brought quickly, although we were sitting in the evening and there was almost a full landing on the street, the waitresses are very nice, friendly and attentive girls, thanks to the hotel for their work. The pizza and salad are delicious. We have added this place to regular visits.

An amazing place that combines beautiful views, convenient location, friendly staff, neat bathroom (all vacationers understand how important this is) and very tasty dishes. It's just that one of these things usually happens. Live music is played in the evenings. I recommend trying the eggplant salad, kebabs and mussels. The prices are reasonable. Ark is definitely the best restaurant in Pitsunda so far, I recommend it. And thanks again to the staff of the institution, they will always meet you halfway.

Probably the best restaurant in Pitsunda, in terms of the quality of the dishes and service, plus excellent views of the sunsets, thanks to the chef for his professionalism, which is rare. I remember this cafe when it was two storeys high. And they will always feed and water you there. Many thanks to the whole team, they are very nice and polite. The food is just a fire. I recommend everyone to eat there. Whatever you order, everything will be very tasty. The waiters are professionals in their field, the chefs can be seen cooking with love and soul. We were in September 2024. The service is excellent, the staff is polite, the pick-up time is fast. Everything is delicious, the chacha is good. You can sit inside and outside. In the evening, it is better to book in advance. I definitely recommend to visit, the prices are certainly above average, but it's worth it, there are not too many places nearby in the kitchen)

The best restaurant on the coast of Pitsunda! We had dinner only here all week, and celebrated two birthdays here too. The restaurant staff, having learned about the birthday boy, congratulated themselves with a cake with a candle and a musical gift. We ordered a boat, khachapuri, shish kebab, ribs, beef stroganoff, Caesar salads in all versions, Greek, grilled vegetables, homemade lemonade and chacha, of course wine. Everything is very tasty!!! And quite for yourself for adequate money. Special thanks to the girl who served us - Solome (I hope she wrote it correctly).

A very atmospheric cafe, right on the beach. There is an open veranda, tables under the starry Abkhazian sky, which allows you to enjoy fine food and wine under the sound of the surf. I especially liked khachapuri and beef stroganoff. In the evenings, the musician performs excellent compositions on the piano, setting up a romantic mood.

We were at this place today, according to reviews, we decided to go there, but the expectation and reality did not match. When the guests were seated at 3 tables, our 2 pieces of fried fish were brought to us for an hour!!!! Or even more, to be honest, we already wanted to leave...but we decided to try it anyway, since the cuisine is so praised. Yes, the fish was delicious, but they ate without much pleasure. At lunch we were at our favorite cafe on Gochua Street, where salads and fish and khachapur were brought in 10-15 minutes and everything was very tasty when landing at 5 tables. If you want to wait, but we will pass more.

Well, what can I say: the view is amazing, the sea and the sunset. It would seem that there is more to want. For example, so that salads are brought TO the hot and immediately to everyone, and not in a chaotic order. The Greek salad was cooked longer than the salad with fried eggplant and caesar, which was brought, by the way, after the beef stroganoff🤷♀️ Grilled vegetables are a side dish for a barbecue, not an independent dish. My husband ordered lamb with grilled vegetables, as a result, vegetables were brought first, then, 20 minutes after the vegetables, meat was brought🤔
The real highlight of the evening was the fish... I ordered a flounder and .... They brought me fried fin. One good thing, when I showed the boss that it was impossible to eat, he did not argue and agreed to redo it. It was my mistake. I should have just refused, but I wanted fish. As a result, more than 20 minutes of waiting, the children were sent to the hotel, they were already sitting at an empty table and waiting for the order. And everything seems to be delicious, but the sediment from the service is such that I will not come a second time and I do not advise others to waste time...You can enjoy the sunset just on the sun beds or in other cafes along the coast.
P.s. In general, it seemed that the kitchen had deliberately messed up the waiter. Well, I can't believe that you can screw up the order to such an extent, especially since the landing was not complete. The table next to us, with a large number of people and, accordingly, a large order, was served and calculated faster than us, although we arrived earlier. And the order of the dishes was normal. The difference is that we had different waiters.

A wonderful place! Delicious food, good service, clean (including the toilet). There are tables under the roof outdoors and indoors, in case of bad weather. Beautiful sea view, especially at sunset) The highlight of this restaurant is the magnificent playing of pianist Roman, which creates a unique atmosphere! I highly recommend it)

The food is so-so. The level of any cafe in Pitsunda. Not a restaurant. Cocktails are generally a laugh. Aperol is vodka with orange, in rum Cola vodka instead of rum. We chose a place based on reviews, we wanted to celebrate a birthday with the three of us in a restaurant on the shore. The waitresses are not very attentive, since 10% is already included in the receipt, they don't have to fuss. We booked the table the day before, they said it was a birthday, in St. Petersburg they usually bring some dessert to the birthday boy as a gift with a candle from the institution, moreover, we did not just take a cocktail, but ordered for 6000 rubles, but there is no. In general, I can't recommend it.

The Ark restaurant is the best restaurant in Pitsunda, I was convinced of this personally, since when looking for a restaurant to celebrate a birthday with friends, the choice fell on this institution. The restaurant staff organized a real holiday for me, which my friends and I will remember for a long time. The dishes are all very tasty and large portions.
If you want to have a delicious and inexpensive time, only the Ark restaurant can definitely offer it.

Everything is very tasty. The prices are reasonable. The restaurant was hit half an hour before closing time. Everything was already closed. I didn't know where to stand, where to eat. This is the first time in Abkhazia.
They were very warmly received. Fed, watered and put to bed))) Yes!
We arrived by motorhome and Herman (the owner of the Ark) allowed us to stand right outside the restaurant. (There are no parking spaces nearby on a narrow Cypress street at all.
The location of the restaurant is very good, right by the sea.

For me, as for a person who is resting in Abkhazia for the 7th time, and specifically in Pitsunda for the 2nd time, this institution seemed like a breath of fresh air. Pleasant atmosphere and location on the seashore, prices are like everywhere else on average in Pitsunda, but the service and service are absolutely on a different level! The dishes were pleasantly surprised, pepperoni was ordered and, at the suggestion of an eggplant salad, pepperoni turned out to be very tasty, and the salad simply exceeded all expectations, I was pleasantly surprised that an institution in the city where I did not expect to discover anything new for myself, revealed to me the usual vegetables at first glance absolutely on the other hand, I definitely recommend trying.
