A delightful place! Very clean, stylish, well renovated, I even wanted to stay to look at the details. There is a veranda on the second floor and a basement with ping pong. The host is very friendly and welcoming

A great guest house with a very welcoming and friendly host. Newly renovated, comfortable kitchen, large veranda, clean rooms. It is located in the very center, so you can walk to any interesting place in 10-15 minutes.

As always, it is very cozy and hospitable! Many thanks to Varuzhan! We celebrated with a big company, it was great! It's cool that there is a grill and a basement with ping pong and a projector!

a very nice cozy little hotel with 4 rooms (they said that the second floor will be opened soon and there will be more rooms)
and as a nice bonus, you can take mopeds for a ride around the city
