This institution cannot be called a veterinary clinic, but doctors, doctors in general. It is the sacred duty of any doctor to treat!
A week ago, we were refused help and with a high fever were taken outside with the words: "Go get treated where you started. " 35 minutes before the clinic closed, where we started treatment, we stood in shock with a sick cat. And the two male doctors stood like cowards and were silent, giving the woman the opportunity to make a rude unprofessional decision.
Shame on this clinic and the people working there. Now we go to the city vet station for a drip every day. The guys stay late every day, knowing that we arrive late from work.

A couple of years ago, in another clinic, my dog was diagnosed with breast cysts and recommended sterilization with the removal of the milk bag. The cat died in agony due to an incorrect diagnosis 3 days before his death. 2 doctors did not even suspect, did not even assume the correct diagnosis!!!! They set the most unlikely one, and then it was too late.
It was like that, the cat had a convulsive seizure. Sedatives and a brain CT scan were prescribed in Minsk. They said epilepsy or a tumor in the brain, it will live on pills for a long time, if not a tumor. Although epilepsy rarely occurs, in 5 percent of cases, and convulsive syndrome - with hundreds of variants of other diseases. After a couple of injections and sedative pills, the cat felt good, ate, played, went to the toilet. Until the evening of 3 days. Then I suddenly felt sick.
It turned out that the seizure was due to oxygen starvation due to kidney failure. What was found out 3 days later by ultrasound, when it was too late. The cat became ill in just a couple of hours. After a day of terrible torment, he was gone.
I was so assured and told that there were no options, I overexplored the cause of the seizure at the reception. That I couldn't think of kidneys. And then it was so unexpected for ME. But how could 2 doctors make the most unlikely diagnosis, without even suggesting other options, did not offer to do an ultrasound, feel the stomach, etc. Everyone knows that Scots are genetically predisposed to kidney disease. And the convulsive syndrome in such a disease is the last stage 😭😭😭

I was about to say that it was not for him to judge who to destroy and who not, but he was adamant and further developed the topic, wondering why such a thing. The height of unprofessionalism! If you can't help, then don't take it, so you won't have to comment! Yes, the sediment is huge, it would be better if the truth went through the whole city to vetamika, there is at least a decent attitude towards clients!!!
