You can sit at tables, have tea or instant coffee. Books and board games are available.

A very cozy little cafe. Clean, practically sterile. At the entrance, you put on shoe covers, your hands are also treated with antiseptic. You pay for a certain stay time of 10, 20, 40 minutes or an hour. It's probably better to come in the afternoon. We arrived in the evening. Most of the cats were already asleep. The cats are all beautiful and well-groomed. I recommend it to cat lovers.

We need to find a better staff. Unfriendly, like guards. Self-service is complete, do not expect service here. There is nothing from the word "Cafe" here, except chairs with wool.
Do not touch the sleeping and falling asleep, do not touch the evil ones. Come and just watch.
The prices are high. For 2 adults and 1 child, you will give 270 thousand, 90 thousand each. There are no discounts for children)

I'll start with why 3 stars: the room is very small, an ordinary 2-room apartment. Cats are about 8-10.
There is indeed coffee and tea) and yes, they are free. From food: nuts, chocolates and the like - for a fee.
Of the advantages:
- Polite staff
- The room is clean and tidy
- In addition to board games, there is also a playstation 3 or 4 (I did not have time to check this)
Note: there are toys for cats, but most of the furry ones are already "tired" of games) and run away from people.
Also, judging by the behavior of domestic cats, the evening is the best time to visit. Because some of them sleep during the day.
The place is ideal for chatting with anyone: quiet, clean. But there are no separate booths.
P.s.
For an institution that has recently opened, it is a very cozy place. I would go again - yes.

First, I will tell everyone who spoils the rating of the institution - before criticizing, try to open a similar place or at least think about what a tremendous job has been done and what remains to be done! Does the smell of cats bother you?? Yes, there are normal healthy fat cats walking there, they live in warmth and satiety! Yes, WHILE the room is small, but it already exists, it works and works well! And God forbid in the future this idea will grow into a full-fledged huge project!
And now about the visit - my husband and I went today, besides us there were 6-7 visitors. The people are all adequate, the administrators are as polite as possible, we were told the rules of who can be stroked and who should not. Communication with cats is as comfortable as possible - you sit down with a cup of coffee (which, by the way, is free here) and a furry friend immediately jumps on your hands. Or he climbs into the mug to try what you brought))) This place is not for everyone, it is for animal lovers! You don't need to come here if you want some kind of pathos and scope, they just sit here, iron out kilometers of cats and communicate.
For a start-up project, this is more than good, and then - God forbid there will be more! Personally, I am very glad that such a place appeared in Tashkent, and I was happy to leave money to help the shelter. And I will definitely come again! Thanks to the organizers for their caring and love for animals, it is priceless in our city!!

My opinion is ambiguous, firstly, that "your time is over" does not sound very pleasant to the whole hall ("will you prolong it?"); well, the room itself is small and not very cozy, if more than 10 people, it already becomes uncomfortable at all. Of the advantages, there are board games and books that you can look through while waiting for your child))
