At some distance from the historical center stands the orthodox church of St. Nicholas. St. Andrew's (1775) is a monument of Baroque architecture. The temple surprises with the plasticity of the facade, the richness of sculptural and decorative processing. The main decor is centered on the main facade. These are open spaces, deep niches, layered pilasters, and a figured pediment. Two towers placed at an angle to the facade enhance its plastic construction. The sculptural decoration of the interior bears the features of Rococo art. The architectural complex also includes a temple and a one-story monastery building. The Church of St. Andreya actively participates in the formation of the panorama of Slonim and is in spatial planning connection with the complex of the historical city center.
A very interesting church, an atmospheric place. The territory is very well maintained, the church is very beautiful inside. The building itself is in need of restoration. It's not critical, but I would like to see such a legacy preserved in a decent way.
