The time is set for 10-30 a.m. After visiting this institution, she was comforted for a long time. Tears were shed from resentment, humiliation, misunderstanding, rudeness and indifference!
There were two employees at the reception, I do not know what their last names are, because the employee did not have the strength to find out. The nurse who was sitting at the reception was sympathetic, and the medical worker (of Slovenian nationality) was so rude that it was not compatible with understanding human relations at all.
The reason is that the employee's weight increases by 3 kg. The lady screamed so much that the norms have changed since the new year! There were no scales in the office, and they did not even offer to measure it, perhaps it would have passed by volume. They were immediately sent to a paid clinic. Although the parameters are the same everywhere! And miraculously, for 55,000 tenge, she came up in all respects! What kind of attitude is this? how can you be rude and not even try to answer people properly? Now there is probably a wild shortage of personnel, since such rude, angry and misanthropic people work.
I share her pain, because in 2017 I took my dad for an MRI scan.... you know, rudeness and hatred seem to hover in this office....
