At the moment, the shopping center "Kostanay Plaza" is the best place to relax with family and friends. It's amazing how much there is inside, one "Therma Park" is worth it! On the ground floor there is a farm department with ECO-friendly products, on the ground floor, in addition to various boutiques, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a confectionery department, as well as various islands selling covers / diffusers / beauty supplies. On the second floor there is the Therma Park sauna complex, the Zodiac cinema (also considered one of the best in our city), a food court with a wide variety of establishments and, of course, the Funky Town play area, large aquariums near the food court deserve special attention.
In general, if you are passing through our city, I sincerely advise you to visit our shopping center "Kostanay Plaza"!)

It's a great place. I would especially like to mention the Thermo Park. It's like a bomb. Although it has been open for quite a long time, but everything is intact, clean, and the staff is friendly. I have never seen such a thing in different steam rooms in any place. If I counted them correctly, there are 15 different types. I recommend it!

Favorite places in Kostanay Plaza are separate branded boutiques on the 1st and 2nd floors with reasonable prices for clothes, perfume and shoes, a catering area (pizza is not bad, good coffee). It's cool in the thermocouple, we've been there a couple of times, but in separate steam rooms and saunas there is a terrible smell of urine, it's impossible to breathe, apparently children don't bother to run to the toilet. I would like to mention a separate outdoor pool on the roof - very creative and cool, especially in the cold season. The water is heated there, so a sharp temperature drop for the body gives unusual new sensations. If you freeze, you can quickly go to the baths, which are located right there, next to the pool. It would be nice for the administration to think over for visitors the layout of boutiques, recreation areas, a thermocouple, and put this scheme on the walls. There are a lot of visitors from all over the region who find it difficult to immediately navigate in this place. And in case of a fire or emergency, it is unclear where to move to get out, there are no signs, except for toilets. There are evacuation plans, but small and inconspicuous.

Hello! We recently went to the Plaza, and were in the Thermal Park, it's so cool there, we enjoyed swimming in the pool, and visited a restaurant there, I've never eaten so delicious anywhere. The shopping center itself is not as huge as in the capital or large megacities, but the grocery store is quite large, a good food court, a cinema. Clothing or shoe stores are mostly either little-known or multi-brands, few are known, but in general you will not stay naked. I lived for more than a month near this place and the gym, spa center with dozens of saunas and many pools attracted me almost every day, it's convenient when everything is in one place...there are also sports and saunas, shops, groceries, and even a cinema. The shopping center is conveniently located in my opinion. There is a huge parking lot (unlike, say, in March), a selection of goods and boutiques are standard for shopping malls. Entertainment is provided by Funky Town slot machines and Zodiac Cinema. Also, a huge plus is the unique thermal park, which attracts visitors from all over Kazakhstan! The food court is standard, wider and more comfortable than in March. The shopping center is spacious, cozy, beautifully decorated, well-planned premises inside. On the 1st floor there is a huge Tamasha supermarket with standard supermarket prices and a huge selection of goods. Prices in the mall are very biting, the quality of the goods does not always meet expectations (alas!). The cinema lures with its promotions (let's say a set of sweets as a gift for children for the New Year, but in fact, the children who came have to leave without much slurping, since the gifts ran out (and this is in mid-December, by the way!) Also in the cinema, small children (3-4) years old fall into the seats (this is ill-conceived!), They have to sit on the very edge (the owners! solve the problem with seats for children!!!). To visit the shopping center and entertain children, you need to take a considerable amount of money, however, as everywhere! The system of children's tickets is not thought out in the thermocouple, children are measured by height and, if the child is tall, you have to take an adult ticket! (For example, we are 12 years old and we are 165 cm tall, we have not stopped being a child!)!!!! In general, I recommend you to visit with your family!! The children are delighted!!!!
