I don't even know how to describe it. I'll try to be honest. From a distance, the palace is impressive. Well-groomed territory, benches, sculptures. In general, it is beautiful. There is a museum inside. The exhibits are old, but they are arranged and exhibited with great love. Everything is behind fences and behind glass. Everything inside has been restored and smells of new work, which loses the entire exposition as a whole. At times I caught myself thinking that I was in some kind of newly built and newly opened museum.
The place is excellent! The castle and the grounds are very beautiful, the lavender beds create their own special atmosphere. On a hot day, the spray from the fountain is refreshing. There are interesting expositions inside the castle, convenient navigation through the castle. If you decide to visit and book an excursion, then keep in mind that this must be done in advance, since there are many people who want to and the guides are all busy. There is an audio guide and information signs. A single ticket is included in the price and the castle and the museum of T. Kosciuszka. There are souvenir shops, a food court and a cafe nearby. Large parking lot.
It is very interesting and beautiful. A rich exposition about the life of the nineteenth century, the interiors are far from the historical truth (some halls are repainted), but this does not really affect the feeling. The main feature was missing - the location of the halls allowed the owners to enjoy the sun for a long time, moving from room to room. I would like to add this room for 9-00, this one for 12-00, etc.
What I saw exceeded my expectations!! The Puslovsky Palace is beautiful inside and out! There is an interesting exposition inside - interiors, an exhibition of a 19th century costume, showcases with gizmos from the 18th to the 19th centuries. I especially liked women's haberdashery from the past - fans, perfume bottles, muskets, handbags, lorgnettes. There are stands with comprehensive information in the halls, you can read and explore without a tour. There is a small regular park around the palace with flower beds and a fountain. Nearby is the house museum of the Thaddeus Kosciuszko family, also worth a visit.
Convenient parking, souvenir stalls and toilets are available.
In Kossovo itself there is a beautiful church of the 16th century, active.
I definitely recommend all the historical and tourist sites of Kossovo to visit!
The palace is beautiful, small, it is better to come in spring or summer. Take a tour, it's not convenient to read through the stands. The exhibits are almost all bought or donated by patrons. It is interesting to see and hear the history of those times.
The castle is very beautiful! The halls are interesting, the guides tell exciting stories, the renovation is quite fresh, so everything is very neat! We liked it! I recommend everyone to visit this castle!
A beautiful palace complex. We stopped by to see it on purpose. It has been beautifully restored, One of the pearls of Belarus. The location is excellent, beautiful views from the palace, Unfortunately, we did not get inside, we arrived a little late.
Just a magical place, beautiful nature all around, peace and quiet. Tadeusz Kosciuszko's estate, opposite the castle, also has a lot of interesting things. The scale and quality of the restoration is impressive. You can take a guided tour, and there are also a lot of materials for self-reading during the exposition. I advise everyone to visit this place!
An interesting place, in the retro Gothic style, with a fresh restoration. despite the distance from Minsk and Brest, it is simply in excellent condition. There are few sculptural compositions, a fountain, and a restaurant on the territory. There is a cafe opposite the complex, but at the time of our visit it was not working. There is a large parking lot near the complex. There are many places for unforgettable photo shoots.
I did not regret for a minute that I visited this landmark, my family was on vacation. I was pleasantly surprised that everything was thought out to the smallest detail, they calmly went up to the castle with a stroller, for this they have paths. There are plenty of benches to relax on. I liked it even more inside the castle. The staff tells you what to see and where to go so that everyone can see everything. The ticket price includes not only a tour of the castle, but also to the estate of Tadeusz Kosciuszko. Large Parking lot, souvenir shops, a food court where you can buy a snack. There is a map nearby that you can see. We liked everything very much. And what is also nice, ticket prices, souvenirs do not bite!
A beautiful place, the territory is well maintained, but we expected that there would be more rooms inside for viewing, as the museum made only one tower, i.e. several rooms on 3 floors, very stuffy. The staff is indifferent, the ticket office did not even say that the ticket includes a visit to the house museum of T. Kosciusko, it's good that the check was not thrown out. There is a small restaurant on the territory, which had a queue for about an hour, we decided not to wait, although we would have liked to have lunch. In general, well done for restoring such beauty, but as usual, the execution is lame. There is a beautiful and large pond nearby, but it is all overgrown, although it was possible to refine and make another location profitable, in the summer so for sure. But magnets and souvenirs at inadequate prices. In general, the place is beautiful, restored, restored well and beautifully, but fell short. Visit once, take a look, take a picture, but you definitely don't want to come back anymore
Of course, it was restored coolly. But there is not much about the owners of the castle in the whole composition. Mostly more about ON. And the fact that only the central part is under the museum is also not correct. A hotel and a restaurant could be built nearby. And it's completely designed to take money off Russians, Poles and Labuses
The palace impressed me at first sight, it is so majestic, it stands on a hillock, the place of construction was very well chosen, which gives it a special flavor, it is very beautiful inside, there are many exhibits, there is also a hotel and a restaurant, I recommend it to everyone!!!
Very beautiful. There was no one inside (entrance is 15 rubles. without an excursion), but there is enough to look at from the outside. It is a pity that not all sights are restored like this. I enjoyed it, which is significant, since I usually treat all palaces / castles calmly (I am spoiled by Grodno architectural monuments)
Restored castle, nice walk in the park, sit on a bench. The tour of the palace itself is fascinating and interesting, a lot of antiques, a rich museum collection.
A wonderful landmark of the Brest region. It was hard to get there by public transport, but it was worth it. The museum's exposition in the castle is very interesting, it tells the story of the owners of the castle, in each hall there is a description of the room and furniture. The ticket price includes not only a visit to the castle, but also
I was glad that such a wonderful palace was restored here. A beautiful building, a beautiful view of the estate of Tadeusz Kosciuszka. There are very good halls in the museum, although there are not enough of them, but they are well decorated.
I really liked it. A magnificent atmospheric panorama opens from the balcony of the palace. The composition of the rooms is not overloaded and at the same time there are many exhibits. In general, I recommend it)
It's a great place. Fresh restoration. The finish is expensive and high-quality. The castle is small and thus does not tire. The surrounding area is also beautiful. The best castle I have visited in Belarus
The castle itself is very beautiful. It resembles St. Petersburg palaces. There are also beautiful halls and antique items inside. But very few rooms can be viewed. It's worth visiting the castle, the gorgeous views will please you!
A very beautiful palace. I also liked the interior, of course I would like to have a bigger exposition in the palace itself. There is a lack of scale, which, no doubt, you look forward to looking at the palace from the outside. But in general, the price is not high, in addition, it includes a visit to the house of Tadeusz Kosciuszko. By the way, it's very interesting there.
We were this summer, beautiful and majestic.👍Neat territory, everything is clean.Everything is very beautiful inside too!Near each exhibit there is a little information about it, that's right, that's right.
Beautiful castle both inside and out. A large staircase with a fountain. There are not many exhibits inside, but the interior is beautiful. There were few visitors in September. There is a spacious Parking nearby.
A great place for leisure and sightseeing.
With a great history.
The repair is very high quality, only the tracks have to be completed.
The tour will take at least 2 hours. There is parking. The staff is good.
They are very much waiting and advising.
Very impressive! Externally and internally, an excellent restoration has been done! The territory is improved, beautiful lavender, paths like in St. Petersburg, many shops. Inside, for the first time, I advise you with a guide, they tell you interesting things and you won't see or recognize it on your own inspection. The central part of the castle is offered for inspection, it is two floors. The halls are beautiful, there are many interesting exhibits, I advise you to pay attention to the clock, there are nuances with the dials.
The sides of the castle are occupied on one side by a hotel, and on the other side by a restaurant. I haven't been there, I can't say anything. But I thought it wasn't fair if you had to eat or spend the night to see these parts of the castle.
Opposite the castle there is a museum of Tadeusz Kosciuszko, the street on which the castle stands is named after him) Important! The ticket is the same, i.e. with both the castle and the museum. I almost threw it away at the exit, I accidentally heard about it, they didn't warn me at the checkout. It's also interesting there, be sure to check it out.
What a fly in the ointment: food! The cafe was set up next to the parking lot, but it did not work. There is another one, "At Tadeusz's," but I did not like it, it is behind the museum, it is not clear where it is located. Keep in mind, take a snack with you, especially if you are with children.
To sum up: I definitely recommend it! Have a pleasant experience!
On 29.06, the whole family came on an excursion to Kossovsky Castle. An amazingly beautiful place and nature, but all the mood and desire to stay here was spoiled and interrupted by an employee (guide) - Vasilyuk Tatyana Petrovna. The fact is that we were in the hall where there was an exhibition of paintings, the fence was missing at the extreme picture (near the piano), where my husband, daughter and I decided to take a memorable photo, suddenly the painting fell behind my husband with a crash, an excursion was taking place in the hall, everyone turned around in amazement, it was already awkward, then a guy came up and politely clarified: "what happened to you?" I didn't have time to open my mouth, as the same Tatyana Petrovna flew up and publicly, undecided, began to shout that she would call security. At that moment, I wanted to sink into the ground. 1. The painting was without a fence;
2. There was an excursion in the hall, there were a lot of people, anyone standing next to a spouse could touch this stand;
3. Even if it turned out that the spouse inadvertently hooked this stand, is this a reason to humiliate visitors?
And then, already at the cash register, before leaving the castle, I met Tatyana Petrovna and clarified her last name to write a review about what happened. First, she told me that I should understand her, because she was leading a tour for 45 people, and then, to my argument that after your display of tactlessness, namely shouting, all 45 pairs of amazed eyes turned around and watched what happened, she replied that the quote: "write, anywhere, even to the president, is your right." My right, well, I'm writing. The desire to stay here disappeared at the same moment, as did all the impression of the majesty and beauty of the castle, alas.
One of the most wonderful places in our country... recently opened after reconstruction, it can easily compete with other popular tourist destinations. And the presence of the Kosciuszko estate nearby makes it even more attractive.…
I was in October 2024, there is a Wardrobe, you put on shoe covers and go through the Halls. It is beautiful, colorful, informative and useful. Tadeusz's house is opposite. You can use the same Tickets to visit for free
We visited this attraction on a day off, the weather was wonderful, the parking lot was large, open, clean. You can also buy souvenirs, coffee and go to the toilet in the parking lot. On the contrary, there is just this splendor, power and beauty. Polite staff who are willing to essentially communicate (mostly women).Spacious, beautifully decorated halls, well-chosen interior of those times, history, finds, artifacts can all be found here.
After the restoration, it looks really beautiful and large-scale, it is worth visiting, at least to admire, and at the same time to read about historical events. We came on a holiday, so we did not encounter a large number of people, but I can note the size of the museum part of the disadvantages. The fact that a third of the castle was set aside for a hotel, and another third for a restaurant, did not please us much. Even reading literally everything that you will find inside, you can walk through the entire room in an hour, if not less. I also noticed that if you are greeted at the entrance by inscriptions in three languages (Belarusian, Russian, English), as if to make it clear that English-speaking guests will also be able to get information from the text. However, I did not see any further signs in English, at most an electronic scoreboard.
Recently I was lucky enough to visit the Kossovsky Palace and Park complex. This is an amazing place that takes you into the world of history and beauty.
The complex is located in a picturesque corner of Belarus and is a magnificent combination of architecture, art and nature. The main palace, built in the neoclassical style, impresses with its beauty and grandeur. Inside the palace you can see unique collections of paintings, sculptures and objects of decorative and applied art.
But not only the palace attracts the attention of visitors. Next to it is a magnificent park, which is one of the best examples of landscape design. Here you will find many beautiful alleys, fountains, gazebos and sculptures.
One of the most interesting places in the park is the museum, where ancient wooden buildings are presented. Here you can learn a lot of interesting things about the life and everyday life of people in the past.
In addition, various cultural events such as festivals, concerts and exhibitions are held on the territory of the complex. This makes visiting the complex even more interesting and exciting.
This pretty castle was completely destroyed. Here is a new model, but it is well restored, it is very small. It's more interesting with a guide than just walking. He didn't cause any excitement, but the pictures on his background are spectacular
The magnificent Puslovsky Palace. It has been restored wonderfully. There are not many halls inside, but the tour is not tiring! It is worth noting that the palace has a restaurant with very affordable prices. The park area is well maintained and beautiful! Lanterns are a work of art! Tadeusz Kosciuszko's estate is small, but informative and filled with collectible natural antiques. I recommend it for a visit! And further along the route you can visit the Ruzhansky Palace, and then stop at the Zhirovichi monastery. Everything is close to each other! Have a nice trip!
A very beautiful palace, wonderful guides. There is a restaurant on site, the prices are average, but the food is very tasty and the portions are really huge. We liked everything very much, it would be interesting to return here in the summer so that the trees were in foliage and the fountain worked
A gorgeous palace, only after restoration. Antique furniture and utensils - there is something to look at! Take excursions - you won't regret it! Beautiful and well-maintained territory with a fountain. I really liked it!
The palace has been beautifully restored. It remains only to wish everyone to visit it.And, of course, the Kosciuszko estate. The restaurant "Puslovsky" could not be visited, but there is a good cafe "At Tadeusz's" behind the Kosciuszko estate... I liked the assortment of dishes of national cuisine.
Not so long ago, reconstruction was carried out, everything is fine inside, the area around it still looks empty, the view from the building to the surrounding area is beautiful
On the way to Brest, be sure to visit Kossovo. The road is good, there is a large parking lot. It's a very beautiful place. You walk like you're walking through the Hermitage) I won't write much, but I'm sure you'll like it...
Very unrealistically beautiful!!!!!of course, I didn't take the tour, I arrived very early, but I walked around the territory, I definitely recommend this place to visit!
A restored palace, with a pleasant history. It was autumn. It's probably more colorful in summer. I didn't go on an excursion. I have ticked another castle on the map of Belarus.
The restoration was successful. Everything is beautiful and majestic, the panorama is amazing. And as always, there is a BUT... climbing the stairs to the castle, you realize that there is no entrance and the quest "find the entrance" begins. The signs informing about this secret place are in non-obvious places. There are a lot of doors along the way, from which you are driven without hesitation in decibels. The cybermen in the halls also like to shout like "you can't go there," so protect the forbidden places. But some are very friendly and happy to suggest where you can take great photos while there is no crowd of guests. The guide guy is able to communicate only by memorized text and gets lost when he receives questions on other topics related to the castle
Very nice, neat. Good staff. Unfortunately, there are few exhibits. We went without a tour in 15 minutes. But this appearance is something unreal, you will not regret it
A beautifully restored palace. It's a pleasure to walk around it. There are a lot of artifacts, I especially liked the red hall for its unusual appearance and light. As a bonus, you can sit in a cafe after the tour 🙂
The exposition is small. The tour took 30 minutes without a guide. Most of the palace is reserved for a hotel and a restaurant. The territory is well maintained. I liked the museum of T. Kosciuszka more. The cafe is not bad, soup, second course and compote, there are enough places, prices are liberal. We won't go a second time.
A beautiful palace both outside and inside. There are many interesting exhibits from antique fans to mirrors. A dog lives near the palace, which greets visitors joyfully wagging its tail, you can pet it, it does not bite
Newly made, but in a beautiful place. Nice to visit in the summer. There's not much to do in winter. Nice restaurant in the palace. The prices are quite good.
10 out of 10 to this palace, beautiful and elegant. But not all of it is open, a small exposition without an audio guide. But a rich tour, perfectly restored. Beautiful park
