It's not a bad gym. It's small, but all the necessary equipment is in place. There is a tap with drinking water, and there are group classes in a separate room for those who wish. There are a lot of people after 18:00, sometimes there are not even enough locker keys, but visitors continue to be "launched" by offering to look for someone to intercept the key or leave things in the reception area. No one used the shower with me, but its appearance is not particularly inviting, there is always no paper in the toilet in the evening, but it already pours out of the trash on my feet.
It's a very interesting concept. There are simulators and group classes. I go to the hardware, my wife goes to the band. Both are delighted. And yes, coach Anastasia Dedikova is very cool. A little sarcastic, but very attentive to the health of clients. Despite the fact that I don't train with her, I can always get the information I need on exercises, muscle anatomy, and other issues of interest.
A great place for body development. The coaches are attentive, conscientious, and responsive. The workouts are well-designed, the intensity is sufficient. You can practice both independently and with a coach, or in groups. I highly recommend it!
