I recently visited this gym and, unfortunately, I had two impressions, specifically about the administration. The poor work of the administrators is simply shocking. Twice I came to class, and twice there was no record or any explanation. Instead of apologies, I only heard unintelligible muttering under my breath and rudeness from the administrator. They don't know their job, and they can't answer basic questions.
This attitude creates the impression that customers are not welcome here. The quality of service is lame. The management! Pay attention to this, learn the etiquette, the rules of communication and the work of your administrators!
In general, the hall is not bad. The coach too.

Today, 04/22/24 at 17.00, I attended a group lesson. To say that I'm in shock is to say nothing. I have never seen such horror and attitude towards my work from a coach.
We didn't have a workout, but just 10 exercises for the whole time, and it was more like a physical therapy session. The most terrible thing was that the coach was just stalling and he wasn't interested in anything at all, nothing, he didn't even introduce himself at the beginning of the workout, but he was on the phone the whole workout, I even at the beginning, when he just texted with someone for 10 minutes and we sat in the same position for 3 minutes, I made a remark to him, he began to justify that he was doing something in the stopwatch, but they didn't type in the stopwatch.
I understand it's difficult to dilute a stretching workout with something interesting, but a coach is a job, not just sitting on a mat for 45 minutes, doing 10 exercises that were told and shown at the university.
I was going to do sports again for a very long time, I chose a studio, but thanks to the coach, the desire was completely repulsed, I will look for fitness centers again.
Most likely, my review will even be ignored, but the problem of frames I look at is acute.

The road to the hall is broken, if you still plan to visit this hall, prepare for the fact that all the shoes will be very dirty.
Terrible attitude on the part of the administrator.
I called asking if I could come to a FREE trial training session, because I wanted to understand if this particular gym would suit me, and also wanted to understand how qualified the staff was, so the record was formed with a personal training session.
They offered to come only 4 days later, after my 1st call.
I was looking forward to this day.
However, when we came to the hall, the receptionist said that I had already been on their network a few years ago. I bought a subscription only at a different address, so I won't be able to get through for free.
Why couldn't they tell me right away on the phone, especially since they had a number in the database and they saw it initially?!
The mood is ruined, time is wasted!
There are a lot of people, it stinks terribly, apparently the ventilation is not coping.

The hall is small, cozy and clean. It is comfortable to train up to 12 people plus finding instructors. If more, it's already cramped and ventilation can't cope, you have to open the windows. There are small lockers in the locker room , which is not very convenient . Poor ventilation in the shower, there is an unpleasant smell, but everything is clean. The gym is divided into zones by groups of exercise equipment and cardio equipment. It's convenient. Helpful and friendly instructors. For these conditions, the subscription price is acceptable.
