This apartment building used to have a Cosmos sign, and this name remains behind it. Not far from Narimanova metro station (about 1300 meters), Montino district, there are a lot of private houses around. The house has a rectangular shape and its own convenient courtyard with many grocery stores (SPAR, Oba), beauty salons, bakery. Special thanks to Maksud for his wonderful home-cooked food store! The courtyard is quite noisy, children play until 1-2 o'clock at night, so when renting an apartment it is better to take it with Windows overlooking the city! And the view from the window will be wonderful: from the Caspian embankment and the seaport, through the Trump Tower and the Heydar Aliyev Center and to the Clock House!
