It's a terrible store. The sellers are louts. The hostess too. The refund for the marriage was made only after a written claim and an appeal to protect the rights of buyers. Only then did they accept the goods and sent them to the factory for examination. The marriage was confirmed. I bought boots a couple of years ago. Maybe something has changed during this time, but the negative has remained.
