When he came to the institution, the young man (he is, as we understood, the sound engineer and security guard) said that unfortunately there were no tables. However, he offered to take out the table for us from the office. By convincing us that the karaoke experience will be great. And he didn't cheat. They took out the table very quickly and immediately brought the menu. The only drawback was that the table was placed in the corner, and there were no TVs in sight and it was a little hot, due to the fact that the air conditioner was blowing warm air directly into the back, but the advantages of the institution simply blocked these two small disadvantages.The sound is good, sitting right next to the sound engineer, we saw how he adjusts his equipment to each singing guest. I also really liked that there are dance pauses that give an opportunity to take a break from the singers). The music is modern, in club processing, the sound is gorgeous, the choice of songs is great, the sound engineer is a professional, what else do you need from karaoke? We can't help but mention the bartender, insanely delicious and beautiful cocktails with a penny price! At the end of the night, going up to the sound engineer to thank him for the evening, we received a piece of candy from him, which maximally reinforced the confidence that the institution is 5 out of 5. I ask the management to encourage this employee.
The sound is great, the prices are cheap, the pizza and cocktails are delicious. We definitely recommend it! Prosperity to your institution!

Cosmos is a great karaoke. This is a VIP place on Selmash, the entrance is only through face control, the door is closed, outsiders will not enter. Good repair, delicious inexpensive kitchen, there is probably everything from the songs. I definitely recommend it.
Only the staff is not very friendly, sullen young people.

It started with the fact that there was a whole problem getting through to this institution. We got through 38 times. We reserve a table for 6 people for 02/21/2012. The operator says 21.02 Wednesday everything is busy, to my question are you sure that Wednesday is busy????? - the answer is: oh no, it's free.😵💫
It is recorded, my question is whether an advance payment or a deposit is needed - the answer is NO!
We collect the guests at the appointed time, we all arrive. A man opens the door on the street and from the threshold :
,, We can't order hot food today, because it was necessary to make an advance payment,,🤬
Because the guests are already at the entrance, they agree to have some kind of light snack without hot. The dialogue lasts for 10 minutes , with the excuse that we are not to blame because there is no prepayment, and the intern answered the phone 😤
All this happens in front of the door on the street.

Pros: great job as an administrator.
Minuses:
1) let's start with the entrance. To get in, you need to ring the bell, and it's not a fact that you will be followed the first time.
2) the kitchen itself is like in the dining room, the menu is also without variety. Something in between a canteen and a folk restaurant)
3) valuable. It feels like the institution belongs to the premium category) taking into account the above points, the price tag competes with establishments where it is tastier, more pleasant and more sincere)
4) they smoke right in the hallway.

Dear managers, pay attention to this review!!! How could it be allowed that the club turned from one of the most worthy institutions in the city into the most terrible, low-grade institution. I was last in the cosmos in 2021, at that time I was delighted with how everything was built there, starting from the entrance to the institution, ending with the service and DJ.. 2 years have passed and what do we have?! The level of visitors is "homeless people from the district" in sneakers, dirty, staggering and sleeping at the tables, the administrator does not care about it. There is only one waiter and an administrator for the whole hall, who stubbornly did not notice anyone (especially us), so as not to take an order ... there is no security, the door was opened by a DJ (it is locked at them), no one cleans the table.. there is one + delicious pizza... but everything else is "something"!!!! if this continues and nothing changes, then you will close very soon. I do not advise anyone to visit this institution yet!!!

On 04/10.21, I celebrated my anniversary in this wonderful institution. My guests and I really liked everything! The food is delicious, the interior is super, the prices are really Space (in a good way :), a pleasant cozy atmosphere! Special thanks to the staff: the guys are responsive, nimble, always helped!
