After the Professional Hygiene (ultrasound) service at the Cosmedent dental center, sharp irregularities appeared in one place on the front teeth, severe persistent pain and gaps formed between the teeth. The doctor could not explain the reason. Instead, he asked me not to bother with my teeth like that and not to do anything. The dentist's behavior was, to put it mildly, inadequate. The dentist recommended waiting one, or preferably two months, to build up tartar, which, according to him, will somehow close the cracks that have appeared, sharp irregularities and solve my problem. At the same time, he said that he now walks with a tartar that covers his gaps in his front teeth. The doctor even tried to show his teeth to prove that he had tartar, claiming that it was normal. When he found out that I did not have medical pictures or just photos of teeth before his appointment, and I would not be able to show them, he simply stated that in that case my teeth had always been like this.
After complaining about dental damage and abnormal behavior of the doctor, the representative of the clinic offered restoration to close the gap, and asked not to go anywhere, promising that the clinic would fix everything and figure it out on its own. At the reception, the doctor complained to the assistant about water supply interruptions in the equipment during operation, which is a malfunction according to the instructions and strictly prohibits its use. It is not known whether this was due to an equipment malfunction or another reason. On the same day, at a consultation at a nearby clinic, I was informed that I had traces of mechanical action on the enamel of my teeth. These traces are signs of a violation of the integrity of the enamel of the teeth, their injury and damage. Relying on basic decency, I did not file a complaint with the clinic for the appointment and conduct of a medical examination due to poor-quality services, as a result of which my teeth were injured, after persuading them to give them the opportunity to fix the situation on their own and not go anywhere. Moreover, as I found out, there was video and audio recording in every room. Since medical examinations are not conducted in private, for her appointment it was necessary to write a complaint against the clinic, which I was asked not to do. The next day, by appointment at the reception, the head of the department immediately recommended and carried out polishing and polishing so that sharp bumps and edges would not scratch my tongue. The head did not do the restoration, saying that in these places it was allegedly impossible to do a high-quality restoration, everything would fall off and become even worse. But in fact, it turned out that in order to carry out restoration in these places, restoration using expensive materials (veneers) is necessary. After that, I received an unexpected written response from the director of CHMUP “Cosmedent” that absolutely no violations on the part of the clinic were revealed without any explanation. So they're not going to do anything. No one even called from the clinic and did not explain anything.
The director just started avoiding explanations. For some reason, the head of the department was misleading that the director was always in another city and never in Minsk, so it was impossible to get an appointment with her. At the same time, she suggested that I go from Minsk to Novopolotsk to see her myself if I have any questions. Why the director has not been able to contact by phone for more than a month, the head was unable to answer. According to the head, the director personally conducted some kind of internal investigation without her participation and made such a decision, so she does not know what happened to my teeth and cannot explain the behavior of her subordinate. Later, the clinic informed me that the director did not consider it necessary to contact me even by phone, and I could file a complaint or go to court. On my part, it was proposed in writing to compensate only the paid cost of the service. At the checkout, I was told that the director agrees, but only on condition that I sign the proposed statement, according to which I will not be able to file claims against the clinic even in case of serious complications in the future. One tooth continues to hurt almost constantly today, and a hole has literally formed between the front teeth. After being warned that the trial might be public on a popular news site, I made an appointment with the director.
Thus, it was only three months later that I got an appointment. The director was unable to provide absolutely any medical documents, although she received a written request. It turned out that there were no results of the inspection and the procedures for polishing and sanding after the appointment with the head of the department. That is, the procedures were carried out without filling out mandatory medical documents or these documents were missing. The head of the department who was present said that I had nothing and she allegedly did nothing to me. At the reception, another doctor of the clinic, who was present under the pretext of conducting a medical advisory commission, thought of accusing me that I could have done something with my teeth on purpose after leaving the clinic, and that I could have faked photos before and after polishing and grinding. Regarding the recordings from the cameras, the director decided to tell them that at that time in their clinic there were only online broadcasts of client receptions on the monitor at the reception desk, and without warning. Therefore, according to the director, she does not know what the doctor could have said and what was happening in the clinic she runs. She does not consider it necessary to tell me the explanation of this employee or the content of the explanatory note. The warning that video and audio recording is being conducted was posted only for my reception. According to the director, there is no document regulating the use of video surveillance in the organization. I will leave the legality of such broadcasts without comment, since Yandex rules prohibit publishing direct accusations of violating the law (what kind of work function can employees at the registry perform for some reason by spying or eavesdropping on clients, the concept of medical secrecy, etc.).
No matter how ridiculous what you heard at the reception, but now there are no medical documents or camera recordings. Now it turns out that I had to provide them with an expert opinion confirming the damage to the teeth and the causes of their appearance. At the same time, at their request, I did not file a complaint against the clinic or go to court to appoint and conduct a medical examination. The examination is impossible after the head of the department, for some reason, immediately after the inspection, recommended and carried out polishing and polishing. The director refused to give any guarantees in case of possible complications in the future in any form. But she agreed to a refund for all the services provided by the clinic and to compensate for the cost of a consultation at another private clinic. The refund amount is 859.70 rubles and 20 rubles is the cost of a consultation at another clinic. After the review was published, the owner of the clinic called with a lawyer and informed me that I had signed a statement that I had no complaints against them, they returned the money and what kind of claims they might have after that. And she will complain to Yandex. These persons were advised to file a libel statement if false information was provided. Unfortunately, there is little respect for such a clinic, where dentists tell you that they walk with tartar and recommend building it up. Especially with such actions of the leadership.

Mom went to treat her teeth, namely, initially for a consultation with a doctor. There was a request to make teeth on a certain date, since the wedding is clear.
1) The doctor "promised from three boxes" that by a certain date he would do everything, the teeth would be made and adjusted to the gums, respectively. As a result, there is no doctor, he works only in 1 shift, not all days. They did not wait for the call about the readiness of the implants until they called themselves. They called and said come, everything is done. As a result, after coming, mom finds out that there are no teeth, the doctor says absolutely different things that differ from the words of the administrator. There is literally a week left before the wedding. Half of the doctor's stated amount has already been paid for all the work, and no work has been done as such.
The old mouth guard was initially told that we do not build up teeth separately, we only make new mouth guards. In the end, I just put a couple of teeth on the old mouthpiece and that's it. The next entry is after the wedding.
After an additional consultation, the doctor says you will take another picture, you do not need to pay. As a result, in addition to the consultation, a picture is punched at the checkout with the words "nothing depends on us, what the doctor sends, we punch." It is unclear why the administrators are sitting. For beauty? Or to solve the customer's problems?
