Unfortunately, the impression of the quality of the clinic's service is spoiled, I previously used the services of obtaining a 3D image, everything was fast and polite. In October 2024, I needed help - a consultation with a prosthetist, I called the registry, they refused, saying that the recording was suspended, when it would be possible to make an appointment, they did not provide information. I wonder if it's legal to refuse a client in this form?

It's a disgusting clinic! There is something to compare it with. The prices are sky-high, I gave 290 rubles for one tooth. At the same time, they just gave me a check. I say, where's the picture I took after this treatment, what will I show the prosthetist? We don't give away the pictures, they are in the database... Excuse me, why are they in the database when I need this picture? Next, I say, where is the guarantee, the contract, the list of works done? We don't give you anything.. A curtain. Yes, how do they get tested? The listed documents are provided everywhere, but here is only a small check. Well, of course, I've asked for everything. So, they gave it to me, as if I had taken something personal from them. I'm shocked! I'll go write to the Ministry of Health as well, let them pay attention to them. There are a lot of negative reviews here! The women at the reception are also boorish. Don't come here!
