Like it. The children rode the roller coaster. 3 pools of hot warm and cool water. The territory is clean, everything grows great. The rooms are also clean. The only big disadvantage is the very slippery tile. They fell several times.

Three hot pools, one outdoor and with slides. The temperature is super. There were no problems with cleanliness.
The rooms are nice, there are refrigerators, dishes and soft non-squeaky beds.
The food in the dining room - it's also a cafe - leaves much to be desired. The only thing I didn't like. But there are conditions for barbecue, heating your food (the microwave in the dining room, but weak, warms for a very long time)
There are problems with the Internet, both with local WiFi and with the network. Stable connection only at the gate (iPhone 11).
There is no separation between cold and hot water in the rooms, only warm. I do not recommend drinking at all.
Otherwise, it's great.

I like this recreation area, it's not expensive, the pools are super hot, I don't advise going to lunch and breakfast, we take everything with us, since the dining room is so-so cooked.

Well, I'll start from the beginning, the price for a suite is 11 thousand per person, 22 thousand tenge for two people per day, a suite is roughly put, there is NOTHING in a suite!!! There is no hair dryer! We put only two small towels, two bathrobes, a bed that was not made, but just put on the edge of the bed and that's it, the mattress is crooked and sagging, I suffered the first night, on the second we decided to turn the mattress over, of course it was turned over with a bang, and it's a nightmare! One-year-old dust tubers flew out from under the bed! Oh, the horror under the bed means no one washes. Let's go to the bathroom! The light bulb was not on in this wonderful room, the incomprehensible smell of sewage was constantly present. Liquid soap was probably measured by grams!! More precisely, it was not so a couple of drops at the bottom of a large container. There is nothing else in the bathroom that should be available in the Suite!In the dining room, it's still not wow!! The plates have chipped edges! A meager breakfast! Those staff (not employees of the dining room) brazenly enter the clean area of the kitchen where the cooking process is not mediocre, what they do there is not clear, the SanPiN is not written for them!
The pool water stinks! Outside, the pool was clean and the water did not stink, it was normal! That's all!!!

It's a great place, we walked there with a group on the weekend...however, the pools are old and the shower is not the same...but the relaxation itself in the hot water of the ea outdoor pool plus snow was generally fantastic. Repairs have not been done for a long time, the indoor pools are tired.
Huge cracks under the doors to the rooms, you can hear every rustle from the next room. It was also unlucky that young people arrived and drank all night, it was impossible to sleep. The outdoor pool is in good condition after renovation. Special thanks to the owner, helped out, gave a compressor to pump up the wheels. The room is clean, there is a refrigerator and a TV. They give you underwear. The mattress is terrible, hard. But the price is also the best among the neighboring bases.
