Instead of offering a solution, the cashier behaved rudely and with obvious disregard. This was especially inconvenient considering that I had a lot of purchases and the lack of packages created significant difficulties.
Such behavior on the part of employees is unacceptable and causes dissatisfaction. I ask you to take measures to improve the quality of service and prevent similar situations in the future.
I hope that my complaint will be taken into account, and such problems will not arise in the future.

It is terribly inconvenient because of the lack of access to a bathroom (toilet), they are sent far away to a gas station or somewhere, there is a dining room behind the building. Please arrange access and do not drive customers away. And especially not to be rude to them.
