Anna is a wonderful teacher, she quickly found a common language with the child. But the administrator needs to learn the culture of communication with clients and children. I want the child to come to class and be greeted with a smile, and not sit with an eternally dissatisfied face. Not to mention that the girl was not taught to say hello and goodbye.
