Never contact this firm, a complete divorce. First, the amount of 9,500 was announced, then 10,500 and at the conclusion of the contract it turned into 11,000. When measuring, the measurer asks to sign measurements and replenishment to the contract "additional costs are borne by the customer", and this is the work of "metal preparation" and it costs 4,500 in cash. At the conclusion of the contract, the company modestly keeps silent about these "expenses". Then the foreman of the "metalworkers" calls and confronts you with the fact of "additional expenses", you naturally call the company, and they tell you in a gentle voice that you yourself signed that you do not object to paying "additional expenses". But the company did not explain to you that these costs will be 4.500 . If the company explained to you about the additional costs, you would naturally conclude a contract with them, because the amount for repairing the balcony is simply sky-high. That's the whole divorce scheme. Read it and pass it on to someone else, so as not to fall for their bait. Such firms should be driven with a filthy broom. I really regretted contacting them. Never contact this company! Scammers! Everything is done as described by Leonid! We were similarly told everything beautifully, the price was named, but in the end it turned out that we had to pay a completely different price. And they shrug off their contract, which, as it were, describes everything.As a result, we had windows installed, a crack appeared in the double-glazed window, and they refused to change it for us, although the crack was the fault of the installers. Do not contact this company!!!!Never!!!
