We had a vacation in the summer of 2024. One of the advantages is that the hotel is new and the rooms are fresh. The bed linen and towels are high-quality and clean. At least in the summer of 2024)). The mattresses and pillows are comfortable.
The room was cleaned upon request, and clean linen was provided. The hotel is new, so it's generally a pleasure to stay there.
I was disappointed by the lack of sound insulation in the rooms, the neighbors could be heard verbatim.
In my opinion, there is a problem with the kitchen area, it does not correspond at all to the hotel itself. The fact that the territory of the hotel is not yet fully maintained can be understood - the hotel is new, I hope there will be landscaping, but the kitchen greatly spoils the impression. Somehow it so happened that the hotel is clean, and the kitchen area is not affected by cleaning. This must be fixed for sure. In addition, the kitchen is cramped, although the hotel's territory allows the kitchen to be more spacious. There is no breakfast in the hotel, so families with children have to use the kitchen, I would like it to be clean (
There is a washing machine, it is in great demand, there is a queue.
There is a covered terrace, which is quite large, but it happened that in the evening, when all the guests returned, there were not enough places, we had to wait for dinner. It would be great if the dining area corresponded to the room stock, so that there was enough room for hotel guests.
The "kitchen area" is a minus, there is something to improve in order to increase the comfort of vacationers and the attractiveness of the hotel.
If the owners are willing to work out these disadvantages, the Crown of Abkhazia will only get better).
And so, in general, the location of the hotel is good, the sea and the pine forest are close, the beach in Ldzaa is wonderful.

Good afternoon. The hotel is new, we liked it. Clean room, white bed linen and towels. The air conditioning works perfectly on two floors in our room. It is very convenient that there is a refrigerator in the room. The TV was perfectly entertaining for children. The mattresses are gorgeous and 11 nights were easy for a sore back, which is a rarity for hotels. They didn't cook, but they washed and there were difficulties. The queue is not small for the washing machine, one washing machine is not enough for the hotel!!! Since the new hotel has small remarks: there was not enough rope on the balcony for drying clothes, there were not enough hangers in the closet. Contacting the administrator Aida, she quickly resolved all our requests. Thanks to Aida for her attentiveness to the guests and prompt resolution of issues.

We are currently vacationing at the Korona hotel of Abkhazia, the hotel is wonderful, new, beautifully renovated, clean rooms, snow-white bed linen, the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, even a refrigerator, a chic kitchen... but vacationers ..... not all of them, of course, but there are those who won't even wash a plate for themselves.... and so everything is very wonderful!!!!!! Many thanks to Alina, the hostess!!!!! Thanks to the administrator Aida, who quickly and effectively solves all everyday problems. I hope that we will come back here more than once.
