The fact is that in this shopping center, the security staff catches or substitutes, especially teenage children, after they call their parents, who upon arrival at the shopping center see such a picture, the child is in the security room, one-on-one with the guard, and then the most interesting thing begins, the guard explains that the child was caught in petty theft, he did not call the police, you can solve the issue in another way, and proceeds to extort money from the parent, without voicing a specific amount, but at the same time repeating that your fine is from 10 to 30 base. I have a question.:and since when does a guard impose a fine, and even in such a size? As far as I know, there are a maximum of 2 bases for petty theft, but not from 10 to 30.This is the level at which we work in the Korona shopping center. I have written a statement to the investigative committee, where an inspection is currently underway.
