If you definitely have an idea and a picture that needs to be printed and at the same time have time and take your time, then you can apply once, BUT if you want something creative, cool - you definitely don't go there, they charge 90 rubles for design development, but the designer is sitting there for sure, the person doesn't care 1000% what you get as a result is slow, uninitiative, you need to adjust, communication is only via email, which is extremely inconvenient, managers with languid voices do not understand what they want from them.. prepayment of 50% , production takes 3 days and then you need to hurry - they won't have time .. a lot of wasted time , nerves , thwarted plans , and in the end - complete nonsense .. I regretted that I applied..

First, I called the manager to clarify everything. Then I placed an order online. The next morning I called the manager again to clarify whether the order was accepted for work. Neither on the website, nor from the manager, there was no information from anywhere that they would make an engraving on a wooden flash drive and a wooden box for it, if the circulation would be from 20 units. And I only need one. And here comes a letter saying you have a rusty bolt, not an engraving, or carry your flash drive, but we can't guarantee that it will be all right. If you want to use our material, order 20. Should I tell you about it earlier? Or should I write it on the website in the order form or somewhere nearby? It's good that there's still time to spare and I'll find another organization. It would be possible to put a minus star, I would put a minus 10

It's very bad, I've printed it several times, the colors are constantly distorted. Gray, pink can easily be white when printing. The last time was a nightmare. Half of the postcards are of the same color, half of the other (despite the fact that it was the same template). Well, how can you print the same thing in different colors?
If you print something on a white background, there are constantly black dots or completely stained (photo attached).
I'm tired of making comments and will look for another printing house. A complete disappointment. Out of 10 of my orders, 7 failed.
