The assortment is an ordinary small store within walking distance, nothing remarkable. There are not enough stars from the sky, but everything you need can be found.
Minuses:
1) The logistics of visitors has not been thought out. When you enter a store, you want to take a shopping basket and go to the sales area, but there are no shopping baskets at the entrance. They are standing to the right at the exit from the self-service checkout. In this store, the entrance/ exit is not the most convenient place as it is, but this decision makes it even more difficult. Customers who enter must walk to the right to the exit from the cash registers to take the basket, while interfering with those leaving the cash registers or going to the storage lockers.
The most interesting thing is that earlier (1.5 years ago) the baskets were at the entrance, but then the location of the cash registers was redone and the baskets were no longer displayed at the entrance.
It doesn't seem difficult for the hall staff to periodically check the availability of baskets at the entrance and bring a new cart with baskets from the exit. But they don't do that.
2) The staff is mostly apathetic and inhospitable, the cashiers are always sour-faced. It's a real treat to see a positive, smiling salesperson in this store.
If it would be possible to put -10, I would put it.
There are 7 people in the queue, the cashier is working alone as usual. The other cashiers are very busy talking to their girlfriends and smoking outside. The hall is an endless mess. Goods are stuffed into shelves so that it is impossible to get them from the word at all. The worst store in Orsha.
The staff are unsurpassed boors. Interestingly, when these "wonderful" sellers come for a manicure or eyelashes, for some reason they are waiting for high-quality services, but they themselves, in their work, have not learned how to provide services to the population qualitatively.
There is nothing to change in this review. Change employees only if.
A penny! The store is the territory of a different contingent...of course, the staff is not always happy. When opening the store a couple of years ago, it was much better! Recruitment, and the storage conditions of products are better!
Evaluation of the store in all directions 3...
As long as you don't go in. There is only one cash register. Queue for the vodka department. Until you call... Open a second cash register. Cashiers are in no hurry.
A very ambiguous store. It seems that everything is basic, but somehow very "economical". Inexpensive sausages, but expensive and stale fruits (I don't understand why these shelves are there at all. Everything is the same for weeks). The dairy department is good, but the meat cooking is stale and often smells. In short, a store to run in for the most necessary things and for pensioners.
You can start from the very entrance to the store. The door is very difficult to open, both the first and the second, the distance between them is minimal. The baskets are always dirty. The product range wants the best. Bread is often, even mostly, not fresh. There is almost always a queue at the checkout to the racks with vegetables. As a rule, only one works. In general, I don't like the store. The only plus is close to home.
A good store, affordable prices,a wide selection of goods, always fresh vegetables and fruits, excellent service, polite sellers,I like it, I only go for a penny
Firstly, the entrance to the store is very inconvenient. The staff is terrible. Of the 3 ticket offices, only one is mostly open. There are always queues, but the workers are busy with their own business (for example, smoking in the backyard of the house). For some reason, employees think that I can buy without queuing, just approaching another cashier from behind, despite the fact that people are waiting in line. Dairy products are often spoiled, meat and minced meat too. Fruits can lie beaten so much that a new life begins to develop in them. There are no karzinki all the time, the staff does not consider it their duty to make them at the entrance, they have to go around the floor of the store in order to find a karzinka. It's a terrible store. The store is dirty and the refrigerators stink.
I don't recommend it.
There are no convenient cash registers, there is no moving tape, if you make a lot of purchases, there is not enough space. In general, I go there if I run by in passing, but I prefer to stock up in other stores.
A good store. The staff will always tell you what you need. Everyone is constantly running and working. The second cash register is opened when necessary. I advise everyone. Good promotions are taking place.
The staff is terrible , they cheat , the shelves are sometimes half empty , half appreciated , not even a single star is overdue , this hangout does not deserve dirt all around
The store is similar to those that were in Soviet times, very crowded, somehow uncomfortable, but the price tag is lower than in other stores, there are often promotions
