I went to the store twice to have the bread changed for him. In the end, I came home crying. We live next door. When I intervened, the sellers refused to change the product or refund the money. Moreover , the attitude towards the buyer was disrespectful . The product was left at the checkout, the money was not returned.
This situation is not an isolated one, it's just that somehow they always turned a blind eye to such cases. Probably, this practice is often found in their store. I hope the management will figure out this situation and work with their staff.
