I was very disappointed to visit the Kopeechka store. The assortment was sparse. The staff was impolite and did not help with questions related to the product. In addition, the cash registers were slow, which led to a long wait in line. They also didn't give me the change and incorrectly calculated the cost of the goods. There used to be a better store in this place than this one. The experience turned out to be extremely unpleasant, the staff are too lazy to work, and I do not recommend this store. In addition, there are very few meat products in the store, which is even more disappointing.
As a replacement for the previous store, it's just great. The choice is not bad, better than it was before. Prices are very attractive, there are more self-service ticket offices. Our own pastries are very tasty and at an affordable price. In general, I advise you.
There was a normal store, there was cooking, all the goods were of inadequate quality… Now it can't even be called a store, the cashiers at the checkout are like sleepy flies, if you need to ask something about the product, either you can't find anyone in the hall, or they respond aggressively!
Fruits are a separate type of goods, it's not that you can't buy them, you can't look at them, tangerines with mold!
The layout of the goods in the store is the maximum nonsense, you have to run around the store like through a maze....
Compared to postorg, the store has become worse. The number of goods has decreased, and the full-fledged meat department has disappeared (there are only semi-finished products). The cashiers are very unfriendly. Food from our own production is stored in storefronts in inappropriate conditions. The store is a mess almost all the time.
The last store was much better than the current one. There was a good selection of meat and finished products, which they began to replace with pizza and other grunts, the quality of which people talk about in reviews and not only.
As an option for poor students who understand this deception, it will work, but it will not compare with what it was before.
There is a pizzeria in the common room of the store. In 10-15 minutes of visiting, you get soaked in the smell of fried food, which persists until the next day on your outerwear. That's horrible. At the exit, a young salesman sits on a high chair and talks very impolitely to customers. I come in when absolutely necessary
I couldn't get to the store because he suddenly started working from 9:00 a.m., he used to be from 8-00 a.m. and it was convenient to stop by before work to buy beer and snacks for lunch. You'll have to work hungry, so one star. Open at least at 8:30.
I ordered a classic 500-gram pizza for 8.69. Ham was indicated in the pizza, but when I saw the pizza at home, I did not see any ham, here is a photo. The pizza was disgusting, burnt. Then they say at the checkout that it weighs more, and I have to pay extra. I took a certain pizza, not a weight pizza.
The store as a whole is not about anything, as well as the entire network. It seems that all the counters are full, but in fact there is really nothing. It's the same with the price range, if not how many items are cheaper, then overall prices are average in the city, and not which items are more expensive....
We have installed more self-service ticket offices, which is very convenient. The assortment is good, the only thing is that there are no meat products by weight as before.
The store is not bad, but the pizza is disgusting, we ordered pepperoni and rustic, all burnt, for some reason there were pieces of persimmon in the pepperoni, it was just too lazy to take it back.....I do not advise anyone to buy pizza there, money is wasted!!!
What can I say is not bad, after all, the store is new, after renovation. Everything you need is there, and most importantly, there are pastries that are always fresh
