It's a small and nice store. There aren't many products here, but the prices are good. The staff is good. The only negative is that sometimes a large queue accumulates. There are only 2 ticket offices, one is working and the other is not, but due to the long queue, two are working.
I was here once and took a Coke. A compact supermarket near the house with all its properties. Cramped and economical, let's say. Everyday mass-market goods. That's the way it's meant to be.It's not hyper.
I went into the Kopeechka store on Ostrogskikh 12 Street in the evening , and Elena Levchenko, an employee , was sitting at the checkout. ( without a badge , it turned out from another employee - what 's her name) , loudly warned a large queue that she had no change ( she said to prepare cards , or give cash without change ) , maybe I don 't understand something , but probably this is not a normal practice . When it was my turn and I gave her 20 rubles , she said she didn't have change , then a conflict started, she started swearing at me, I don't understand what I should have done - probably leave since she doesn't have change. The most interesting thing started next - she went to break the money into smaller ones from a store visitor in the middle of the sales floor , continuing to swear loudly at me for the whole store. She said she doesn 't like our neighborhood , because they come to the store with 20 rubles and 50 rubles . She "poked" me , told me how much older she was than me, and so on . I still haven 't seen the store manager, so I asked him to call over . Most of all , I 'm shocked that such a thing is even possible . I 've never seen such horror , never . I ask you to take some measures , if anyone is reading this at all , perhaps stores of this level do not pay attention to such events at all . The level of the store and the staff couldn 't be worse .
