Yesterday, 17 05 2024, I was very disappointed in the staff, although before that I was happy to visit this shop! I recently bought discounted vegetables in it, went to weigh and pay at the checkout. Along the way, a saleswoman stopped me and said that such vegetables are not weighed at the checkout but in the warehouse and you need to go there, because the cashier is very busy and will not run around, weigh the discount. And yesterday, 17. 05, I did so, went into the warehouse or utility room (I don't know what they have) knocked on the open door, there was a woman there, judging by the special clothes, an employee of the store. I just managed to ask where I could weigh the discounted goods and, without receiving a calm answer, the seller began to shout and indignation at me, almost pushing me out of the warehouse, arguing that outsiders were prohibited from entering (although there were no signs on the door with a ban) and shouting that cashiers were working in the hall and they would weigh the goods for me! It was all in a raised tone. By the way, the employee's name is Sobol T. V. It is very unpleasant that she does not know how to calmly say and explain the situation! Please contact the administration! To give instructions on working with sellers and store employees, so that everyone says the same information, and not one - go there, and the other - go here. And to teach an employee to treat customers at least if not respectfully, but in a calm tone. And not to growl, somehow they came into her house..
