We urgently need to change the director. Swears obscenities at visitors, does not give a book of complaints. She hides the product that is in demand, then buys it for herself at a discount. I'm not the only one complaining, but visitors from nearby houses who visit the store. Please take action. People are reluctant to go to the store.

The service is no good at all. The staff uses obscene language, argues, and tries to prove their case. Once I went to buy milk and bread with 50 rubles, and they gave me four 5p bills in change, of course I didn't count them (I didn't pay attention) I came home and noticed that I was specifically cheated. All this is a joke, the store is normal.
