Dentistry (temporarily in polyclinic No. 20): average rating for 2 specialists (I thought to treat caries, but treated the canals (a large seal fell out, there was no pain, only sensitivity to water). The first appointment was conducted by a doctor from about 20 polyclinics, as a substitute, it seems, Julia or Anastasia (assessment due to this visit). She drilled, told the assistant pulpitis and put a temporary seal in order to come later for canal treatment. After the canal treatment, I asked if the doctor could have made a mistake with the prescription to treat the canals from the first appointment, the neighboring doctor (free admission) and my assistant confidently said no, and mine said "I don't know". Here's what I read on the Internet about the difference between deep caries and pulpitis (reversible/ irreversible) and my conclusions about the quality of reception by the first specialist:
1) pulpitis usually hurts involuntarily, in my case there was only sensitivity. There is pulpitis without symptoms - only 10% of patients. The doctor did not send a picture (several floors below) to clarify the diagnosis.
2) Reversible pulpitis is treated conservatively (a medicine is laid + a temporary seal and a visit after 3-5 days, in the absence of pain - a permanent seal, it seems, and with deep caries, by the way, if the diagnosis of pulpitis was incorrect). The doctor did not offer conservative treatment, immediately put arsenic (or some more modern muck) to kill the nerve
3) Irreversible pulpitis - it hurts a lot and cannot go unnoticed. Well, it doesn't look like my case at all. In this case, only the treatment of channels
4) A tooth without a nerve (after canal treatment) does not feed, its service life is shortened. The doctor didn't talk about all this
Conclusion: if you go to a state clinic for paid services, study online (unfortunately, their doctors have not yet formed the skills to inform patients about diagnoses, treatment options and decide for patients how to be treated, although prices for dentistry now seem to be +- the same for private and state ones) or just say that before how to do something irreversible, let them explain their actions and ask for consent!
Another nuance about the service in the state clinic: paid and free patients in the same room, and you can hear the moaning of a neighbor without anesthesia. Well, the nuance of communication and convenience: in private clinics and offices, they are more often able to communicate more clearly and do not forget to offer to close their mouths when possible :))
Not to compare with other clinics. It's very aesthetically pleasing, clean, and there are no queues.
There is a coffee machine, clean bathrooms.
Of course, the neurologist had information about the medical staff, they were restrained, the doctor's experience was visible, they devoted plenty of time, they answered all important questions.I recommend.
Excellent specialists, professionals in their field. Very attentive and caring attitude. It is convenient to have an elevator for elderly patients. The queues are small.
The doctors are qualified and friendly.
There is actually no place to park. There is paid parking, but the prices are not quite acceptable: the first hour is 5 rubles, from the second - 25 rubles. Two drivers drove several times: one person stayed at the doctor, and the second took the car and drove in circles, waiting for the first one.
Polyclinic as a polyclinic.
There is a scientific base.
There is a wardrobe and toilet paper in the toilets. But there is not a single hook in the toilet, it is not convenient. Such little things speak generally about the attitude towards people.
Excellent specialists, convenient location of the clinic, low prices for paid services. The staff of the departments are always polite and attentive. Feel free to contact us, they will always help you here!
I would like to express my gratitude to the ophthalmologist Aksenchik I.V. for his professionalism and sensitive attitude to the patient's health and his complaints. Only positive emotions remained from visiting this doctor, the prescribed treatment really helped. I ask the management of the clinic to take into account my feedback and encourage this doctor!
I was at a paid insurance consultation with George Mikhailovich Pronevich, a surgeon, so he could not distinguish swelling with throbbing pain from a wart, he said we should go to a dermatologist and burn it with nitrogen. To my question: "How will they burn out a non-healing wound with nitrogen?", the answer was "So the finger will fall off." The surgeon of the district polyclinic was shocked by the diagnosis. How can you entrust your health to such a doctor with 40 years of experience? He treats the patient with complete indifference. Even worse than at a free appointment.
The absence of the usual queues compared to normal clinics is the main advantage of this one. For what time did you take the voucher and you will get into it, while the quality of the examination does not suffer in any way.
A wonderful clinic with good equipment, knowledgeable, experienced doctors, friendly staff. Conveniently located, close to all types of public transport, car Parking is paid
Polite staff. By time, it's time. I did a CT scan. Of course, I don't want to go back to such places. I want to spend time on the best, but if... (ugh) then I'll come again.
I took PCR for covid. Quickly served. Since I took it for the first time, I was very nervous, but thanks to the woman who took the swab, calmed me down, explained how to breathe. And the price is 2 times lower than in commercial laboratories. Personally, I am satisfied with the service
I have been using the services of the polyclinic for almost 20 years. This is not a simple district polyclinic. There are no queues. Polite and responsible staff. Any doctors and examinations are available, you do not need to wait long. I highly recommend it!
A gorgeous Stalinist building .. Even in some places , carpets may have been preserved since those times.. There are few people, there are practically no queues - everything is by appointment...

The PCR procedure is not thought out! There are no rooms. The test itself should be taken at 117 k. it is located next to the office, where the reception is conducted with the TEMPERATURE of patients (this is written on the office 118. How is this possible??????the paid service does not imply any conditions to make it convenient for people and safe. Office 117 is not possible to find!!!! It is not marked on the entrance door from the street, there is room 118 written there. Everyone who was in this queue with me today has experienced hell.
Not all services are provided in the same building. Fluorography, cardiogram should be done at the second hospital, and they also don't let you go without shoe covers, you need to fork out. At the same time, if you do not have coins for a shoe cover machine, then ......run, look for it. Rough....
