You just don't give the opportunity to sign up, there are never any dates, but your pocket "official office" always has slots. For 120 bucks even tomorrow, for 60 in a month, how nicely arranged. Office reception costs 16 bucks. This is just an honest method of taking money from the population from the 101 series. It's a disgrace.
