I do not recommend this hotel. We found the hotel on Instagram. Everything is clean, beautiful, and cozy in the pictures. But as often happens- expectation / reality.
My husband and I came from St. Petersburg by car. By the way, the hotel is located right by the road, it is noisy and if you go anywhere, you have to go directly along a busy highway..
upon arrival, no one met us, we had to go at random to look for the administrator, who first of all took the money for the entire period of stay and without showing anything, gave us the keys and sent us upstairs.
The road is long and of course we dreamed of settling into a beautiful room as soon as possible. (improved comfort) But instead of taking a shower and relaxing, we had to fix the shower because it was broken, wash the toilet, because apparently it is not customary in the hotel to put the room in order after previous guests, we had to clean up other people's hair and dust. There is an age-old spider web on the ceiling, which hangs in garlands on the ceiling. In general, everything in the room is far from the first freshness ... it's scary to step on the mats in the bathroom with your feet.. Because they look about 100 years old. They were probably white once, but now they are like an old shabby rag that has probably never been washed.
The bed is very uncomfortable, although it is large. My back hurts after sleeping . The mattress is stained yellow (it can be seen that it is old)
There is the same old piece of carpet on the floor. Dust and dirt are everywhere. Where does the price for the room come from? 7000 per day?! Are you serious? This is without breakfast and in the room, except for a dirty empty jug and a couple of the same glasses, you will not find anything..
And the cafe is a separate topic))
The only advantages are the location (by the sea) and the plants on the territory of the hotel.
The pool in life is much smaller than in the Instagram photo, and there is dirty water, which they tried to clean with chemicals for 3 days, but the water still remained cloudy, because it needs to be updated periodically.
Although the sea is nearby, it does not make you want to swim, because there is a drain right under the hotel 🤢
When we realized that the vacation was going downhill, that we couldn't even eat normally for 3 days, and we were also not ready to pay for such an attitude further, we approached the administrator, explained the situation, said that we were moving out and would like to refund the money we paid for a week's stay. Of course, in accordance with the law and their contract itself. Which states that in case of departure earlier, the amount for one day is charged as a penalty, they are obliged to return the rest. To which they laughed at us and said that they do not return anything to anyone and they do not have such a consumer protection law)) it's only in Russia that we have such wonderful laws))
In general, if you like to pay for garbage and a terrible attitude - well done))

The place is really fabulous, I've been to a lot of places and there is something to compare it with.
I read other reviews and really don't understand negative reviews. I've been living for the fifth day, the pool is cleaned every morning, the food is cooked for 15-20 minutes and the food is delicious, I've tried half the menu so far and all the dishes are as delicious as possible, the room is clean and cozy, the territory is as beautiful as possible, palm trees above the pool, the lighting is the prettiest everywhere, a picturesque playground with swings above the sea

This hotel could easily get 5 stars if everything is washed up and the staff is intelligible.
The location of the hotel is not the best, far from the common beaches, but plus that there is a small beach (not equipped), they were allowed to take sun loungers there, had a good evening until they noticed how the sewage drains from different holes right to where we swam (but this is the norm for Abkhazia).
Parking for cars on someone else's territory with sliding gates, but the main thing is that there is.
They did not dare to climb into the pool, as it was filled with some kind of chemistry and was all muddy and covered in foam, although they chose this hotel precisely because of the pool. The pool is very small, it seemed much bigger in the photo.
In terms of cleanliness, there is also a place to strive, not disgusting, but dirty. There is garbage on the floor in the room, there was no cleaning in two days, even toilet paper was not brought. There was a hole in the floor. There are yellow spots on the bed linen (unpleasant)
According to the staff, it is also not clear who is responsible for what and who has what to ask. There is no reception, there is an administrator's table in the cafe, the administrator, she is a waiter, she is a bartender, she buys groceries as we understood, so when we settled in the cafe there was no one and the order was taken by a woman cook from the kitchen, who also does not know anything about drinks, payment and so on, but there are no complaints about her She does more than she should and cooks deliciously. We wanted to eat outdoors at the tables, but it didn't work out, because the tables are all covered in dirt and crumbs.
We left the hotel at night, there are no kettles or irons in the rooms. Therefore, they asked for a kettle to drink coffee at night and leave, to which they were refused by the administrator-bartender-waiter, it is impossible for fire safety, there is also nowhere to take boiling water at night, everything is closed and everyone is asleep. Then I decided to turn to some other woman who dealt with household issues such as towels, linen and so on, she gave us a kettle in the room (thanks and cheers).
In general, the hotel is not nasty and you can live there, but with its own characteristics, if there were a price of 3500-4000 rubles, then there would be no questions at all, but we paid 8000 per day, so against the background of other hotels where we were for less money, this hotel seemed to us the worst of all and at an inflated cost.

I had my first vacation in Abkhazia, namely at the Constant Hotel. After reading a bunch of negative reviews, we arrived only for 7 days, which we immediately regretted. The hotel is beautiful, but not Turkey, but it depends on why you are going. We were traveling beyond the sea and the sun. The rooms are good, cleaning is done daily. It is very convenient that there is a cafe on the territory, you do not need to go anywhere, if desired, you can order food in the room. Most of all, I liked the fact that after swimming in the purest sea, you can climb up to the beautiful veranda and sunbathe. There are not a huge number of people. The girls who work at the hotel are just super, thank them very much, they will tell you everything, help you cope with any problem. It's very cool that during your vacation, you forget about the hustle and bustle, enjoy the magnificent nature. It was unforgettable. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We will definitely come back next year.

If you are thinking about staying here, it is better not to do so. The hosts are as inhospitable as possible, the atmosphere is tense and uncomfortable. If there are any questions regarding the room, the hotel, then you solve it yourself. There is no kettle in the room. It is advisable to remember the door, since there are no numbers on it either. There is high humidity in the room. Even the cardboard packaging of the tablets becomes soft. And it's terribly unpleasant to go to sleep in a damp bed. In addition, you will get a railway under the windows. You will wake up to these sounds. Thinking that the train is right in your room. The toilet door won't close. The staff does not communicate even through WhatsApp.
!!!The most miserable thing is that they gave my sister's personal number to some Abkhazian who asked them for it. To say that I am shocked is to say nothing!!!
The cafe on the territory is delicious, but wait for the bill and food for 40 minutes.... Ask for sugar and spoons yourself. In order for it to come to you, you need to ask for it too. You take the menu yourself too. There is never any change.
As for the beach nearby, there is no really designated place for it. A piece covered with pebbles. No deck chairs, no umbrellas. Nothing, in general. The worst place I've been.

As it happened, we finish our vacation in Abkhazia by visiting this hotel. Wherever we live in Gagra, Pitsunda or Sukhum, we always come to New Athos and the Constant Hotel. The staff is very friendly. The owners of the hotel are not only competent hoteliers, but also notable winemakers. The most gorgeous homemade wines. Some of the best in all of Abkhazia. We didn't stay at the hotels, we usually spend time just in the restaurant, the food is delicious, the courtyard and the pool are cozy.

A great hotel.We found it without prior reservation, on the way. We occupied three rooms in the hotel at once.The rooms are not bad. We were provided with parking for cars. I will say in advance that we ate almost all the time in this hotel, even for lunch or dinner we tried to return to the hotel and make an order. Since on the second day, we did not eat very tasty, in one of the cafes.Rather, they ordered, tried and went to eat with our chefs) But there was only one drawback ... There is a barbecue in the hotel, on the seashore. Upon check-in, we clarified whether we could roast a barbecue and whether the cafe was open on New Year's Eve, to which we received an answer, of course, we will decide everything.The fact that the bar closes on the territory of the hotel at 19:00 on 31.12 we were informed in the morning on the eve of NG. We decided to place an order in the kitchen in the room and roast kebabs on the beach , where the barbecue was located... But when we already bought meat on 31.12 for the barbecue and arrived at the hotel (after lunch)... The management (or in simple words, the "Owners" of the hotel) refused the barbecue. They say - it is necessary to call the brazier . They also did not allow the meat to be pickled and forbade the cooks to do it. The next day, we were given a barbecue by vacationers at a nearby hotel. And only after the management saw us at the barbecue of the neighboring hotel. The issue of the barbecue marinade was resolved for an additional fee ( ..Was it really just that, I don't understand ... but otherwise, everything is fine! If possible, we will come back to you! But the sediment remained)

We spent nine wonderful days in Constant! The hotel is located at the exit from New Athos towards Sukhum. Athos is located almost in the center of Abkhazia, which is very convenient from a geographical point of view, that is, you can get to interesting places, which are so rich in Abkhazia, with minimal time, both towards the border with Russia and towards Sukhum. The hotel is small and cozy, has its own cafe with an open summer veranda, a small heated pool, the highlight is the terrace almost directly above the sea, a great place to sunbathe. On our arrival, the sea temperature was from 27 to 21 degrees, a heated pool was very useful here, you will swim in the morning, catch a pep and into warm water, the feeling that you are undergoing sanatorium procedures)). The room is clean and cozy, cleaned every day, the water pressure in the bathroom is always good, the hot water is hot. I would like to mention the cafe separately. It's very convenient, you don't have to think about where to have breakfast and dinner. We put a solid five in the kitchen, the products are high-quality and fresh. The food is served in the restaurant, the menu includes fine wine of several varieties from the hotel's own winery. After talking with the neighbors, we found out that most of them are not the first time in Constant and the room needs to be booked at least a few months in advance, that is, the hotel can be said to be "club", which is not surprising, however. For us, the question of where to stay in Abkhazia has been resolved once and for all)).. Who came by car - free Parking is available. There are a lot of places in Abkhazia that you want to visit and it is convenient to do it by car, on your own or you can rent it at the hotel. We are 100% satisfied with our vacation in Abkhazia!!!

We were there in July. The hotel grounds are cool, the pool is always clean. Cozy rooms, cleaning every day. It's a pity that there are a lot of breakwaters on the shore, but it's not the hotel's fault anymore)
But the food is... delicious, but something obviously needs to be done with the chefs.. Wait for the omelet for 50 minutes… With only 2 tables sitting, it is beyond my understanding..

The hotel is a horror! We were lucky with the room (we had a kind of comfort on the 2nd floor), but the rest were sincerely sorry. There is mold in almost all rooms, the smell is scribe. The owners are people who have broken out of the mud into princes! Of course, they didn't offend me, my family and I didn't do anything, our parents gave us all 3rd grade from home, but they behaved disgustingly towards other guests. But, there is a God in the world! During the 2 weeks that we were there, the bartender (this is usually a female waiter of local origin) in their local cafe communicated 7 times in favor of me. We sat for 4.900 (5 people with alcohol),, I give 5000r, and they give me 4.700 change,🤣, so it was 7 times, trash! By the way, we had a rest in 2021. I will not go to this SCOOP anymore! The nature there is simply amazing!

Everything was great, the location was away from the hustle and bustle, while not so far from the shops and the market.
The geometry on the booking is not correct, which is a bit confusing.

I was unable to visit this hotel due to the fact that I was in an emergency plan in the hospital.
I wrote to the hotel a week in advance to post information that there were available rooms so that they could check in. It's August, the high season, the room would fly away. She explained the whole situation and asked me to go to a meeting. But the hotel was very categorical, did not agree to do this and refund the prepayment. Since I sent an advance payment to one of the owners to the card, accordingly, there were no guarantees that the money would be returned.
The impression of the hotel has deteriorated greatly.
The day I wrote about it on WhatsApp, the phone was turned off, the calls were not answered. They gave an answer only the next day, after I said that I would block them and write bad reviews.
Their website does not work periodically. I don't know if this hotel is functioning at all or just throwing people for money. Unfortunately, there is nothing to be done by another state.

We rested in the superior and comfort standard room. The idea of the hotel is good, pleasant atmosphere, interior, small pool (by the way, it was terribly cold for some reason, maybe the heating didn't work?), a beautiful sunbathing terrace right above the sea. In the standard room, the air conditioner smelled quite strongly of mold when turned on (not cleaned?). In both rooms there was a problem with plumbing, an inconvenient faucet on the sink, you need to make an effort and creaks as if rusted. The water in the shower lives its own life, the pressure is good, but it can run hot or cold, even if it is installed in the right position. The terrace of the comfort room is single for 2 rooms, fenced off only with pots of flowers, so if the neighbors come across normal, then it's good to either rent a family / company, because you won't be able to retire there and the passage to the room is also through the territory of the neighboring room. Surprisingly, there is no electric kettle in the comfort room for a lot of money, so morning tea and coffee is only possible in the restaurant on the 1st floor from 9 am. The food in the restaurant is different, there are good dishes, but there are also oddities, for example, in a Greek salad olives with pits, a rather long wait for dishes, lay down for at least an hour to eat. The biggest disadvantage that does not relate to the hotel is the lack of a normal beach, there is a small strip with huge cobblestones both on the shore and in the sea. We swam on the neighboring beaches.The hotel is quite far from the center, it is better to move along the embankment, you can go directly to the railway station, there is not really a sidewalk along the street.

A wonderful hotel by the sea. We rested in a room with a terrace - beautiful view, clean, excellent attitude of the staff. There is a swimming pool and a small beach with sun beds. The rooms are small, bright, and decorated in a Provencal style. The hotel's cafe offers both traditional Abkhaz dishes and Mediterranean cuisine. Everything is very tasty, freshly squeezed juice and homemade cakes are just a delight. The owner of the hotel Timur is a sommelier, he studied winemaking with the best masters of Europe - he has an amazing collection of homemade wines, and what kind of coffee he makes! I recommend everyone to visit this cozy family-run hotel - you will be satisfied. I want to come back here.

Don't make mistakes, don't check in!!!!
At first glance, it looks beautiful and cozy.. of course, the presence of a small swimming pool and its decorated terrace with sea access make this hotel look like "like a picture", BUT the advantages end there.
secondly: they will communicate with you completely differently from tourists, (who are ready to give no small amount of money for accommodation, by the way) arrogance, and a complete lack of customer orientation.
Secondly: if there is a problem (there was a terrible smell of urine in the room), they simply answer: These are YOUR problems.
As it turned out, the neighboring building (also a hotel) opens the sewer in the evening, the aromas from which perfectly "refresh" the room through the air conditioner. Super) we came up with a perfect idea, and most importantly, if anything, everything that happened, in any case, will be your problem, and not the Constant hotel, remember!)
We did not hear any room replacement, no refund, no banal apologies.
Q-3: dirty sea, more precisely, just the drain of the pipe and all the slags is located exactly on the beach of the hotel👍 1-line, yeah))

Yes, the hotel is cozy and beautiful. There is a specially equipped area for sun loungers, but it is impossible to swim there, because of the boulders. I had to go to the nearby beach. The pool is small and constantly with children.
And the biggest drawback is very far from the center, and to get to it you first need to walk along the roadway for 5-7 minutes, where there is not even a sidewalk. Every time this quest to go out to eat spoiled all the impressions about the hotel.
The restaurant in the hotel with a price tag as in Moscow time.
I don't understand why the hotel has such a price and rating.

It's love at first sight. It's like you're in little Italy. Very tasty cuisine in our own cafe. We have not found tastier wine anywhere else. By the way, the wine is from our own vineyards. We will not return anymore and we do not advise anyone to come here! We stayed in the first half of September, the criteria in favor of choosing a hotel were: a warm pool, a coastline.
Of the cons:
1. The photo does not correspond to reality. According to the pictures, everything is colorful and excellent, but in fact, everything is old and shabby.
2. The territory is just scanty (it was unclear from the photo). Parking for 2 cars and then only for the owners of the hotel, or rather for their jaguar))). The rest of them park the car on the next site.
3. Your own coastline will not allow you to enjoy the sea and even more so to swim, as the terrible stench and brown water from the drain do their job right under you. Yes, yes, if you go down to the shore you will see an uncovered drain. you will have to go to the city beaches.
4. The water in the pool is icy. When asked to turn on the heating (the site indicates a year-round heated pool), we were told that there is no technical possibility now, it will only be at the end of September! As a result, it turned out that it was just broken.
5. Cleaning is superficial, the floor is sticky, there is a long black hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom under the ceiling.
6. Service 1/5. No one cares about you. The main thing is that you paid the money for the accommodation, and then all your problems are just your problems.
7. The cost is extremely high for this level of accommodation, including in cafes.
8. This is rather a good guest house, but definitely not a hotel.
The room turned out to be without a TV (it was broken just before our arrival), opening the door, the handle fell off (what a coincidence, just yesterday the previous guests broke it))), they came to fix the handle at 22:00! asking, "are you going to sleep already?".
The next day, the handle was screwed on, but the lock itself worked ONLY with a key. That is, to open the door, you need to press the handle and open it all the way with a key, the person on the other side of the door will not be able to open it without a key, respectively. And by the way, we were with a 4-year-old child who could be behind a slammed door inside with a key. In this case, how can I explain to a child how to open the door?
We agreed to change the room only the next day, when we were already on the threshold to go to the beach. But at that time the room was not ready yet, so we were offered to pack our things and they would move them. We refused, as we did not have time to pack, warning that we would be able to return only in the evening. The receptionist said, "Okay, the new room will be ready by evening" and we left.
When we returned, we found other people's things in OUR room, which we opened with OUR key (it's good that the new residents were not found there and were not scared).

There were no apologies during the conversation with the administrator. There were only the words "we moved things under my personal responsibility" as new residents had already arrived. But the time by which we were supposed to arrive and vacate the room was not agreed. Following this logic, they would have left us in the old room then, but no way to get away with it!!
By the way, before we left, we used the safe and put the day and documents there. Of course, they didn't touch them. To the statement that our things were left in the safe in the old room, the receptionist offered to just go and pick them up. Yes, just like that, go into a room with strangers (we have a key) and pick up these things! We did not receive any apologies, no bashful faces, or discounts. Absolute indifference!

1. The palm trees near the pool are extremely beautiful.
2. Delicious food, Waitress Amanda and the chefs, at least somehow try to be polite and pleasant, unlike the rest of the staff.

We rested with my wife for 5 days, the biggest plus of this hotel is its location: a beautiful veranda at a height of about 3 meters above the beach overlooking the sea, where you can admire the sunrise and sunset, and under this veranda there is a hinged swing, and everything is right by the sea, and on the other side of the hotel there is a view of the mountains. Very friendly, kind and friendly staff, in general, it feels "like home". There is a dining room in the hotel, for the most part it is delicious, but the prices are like in a cafe in the city center, and very expensive alcohol, wine a liter for 900 rubles is that much. Upon arrival, the room is clean (the only thing is to wash blankets more often), cleaning every 3 days, but it would be worth picking up the garbage every day (they took it out themselves). In general, the hotel is not new, it takes its beautiful views. I think he should lower the price (they paid 2700 / day for a room without food on the 2nd floor and overlooking the courtyard).

We did not stay at the hotel itself, but had lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea. Wine & Food Restaurant.
The best cuisine in New Athos from the one we tried, homemade wine is on top.
The serving of the dishes is beautiful, although not in a hurry.
I really liked it, we recommend it.
Separately, I would like to mention the terrace right above the sea next to a very beautiful palm tree.

disgusting place..... the photo on the website does not correspond to reality ... the rooms are shabby and the furniture is too old, the cafe at the hotel is terrible, there is a shortage of staff and the floor of the menu is on the stop, there is dirt everywhere. One cleaner for the entire room stock. I really do not recommend it. The pool is not a particle at all (cleaning products thrown into the water were about 3 days at the bottom.

They often write: Abkhazia is a country of the soul. And we follow the saying: Constanta is the hotel of the soul. We liked everything! And the room - we lived on the second floor with our own terrace: comfortable, clean, beautiful. And the territory is up to the sea: just go down from the second floor, walk past the pool and solarium overlooking the sea. We went swimming as soon as we wanted, at any time of the day and in the evening. We splashed in the pool, drank cocktails (drinks are professionally prepared here) under huge palm trees. The hotel has a lot of greenery. Everything is decorated with taste. There is pleasant music in the restaurant and on its veranda. The food is very tasty, and what a wine... Mmmm! By the way, the photos correspond to reality. And a very important point is people! We were surrounded by care and unobtrusive attention all the time. We travel a lot by car, this year there are 17 cities and, accordingly, 17 hotels (look for us using the hashtag #drobotydomaneside). And the Constanta Hotel is one of the best!

Not a bad hotel, even a good one by the standards of Abkhazia. Delicious cuisine in the cafe at the hotel, humane prices. There is a swimming pool, quite small, but still. Good access to the sea, good location in New Athos.
Of the cons: the smell of sewage in the yard and in some rooms, sometimes intensifying and simply unbearable in the bathroom, sometimes disappearing. Some drains go out from under the hotel into the sea, muddy, but seemingly odorless, they claim that it is from an artesian well, but the water is muddy, it does not look like.

We had a rest at this hotel a week ago. I want to express my great dissatisfaction with customer service! There was a situation at 6.20 am when we woke up to the sound of a vacuum cleaner. Getting out of bed, we saw that our room was flooded!!! There were mats floating in the bathroom! When the hostess saw that we had water in our room, she said that they would come to you now. A girl from the bar came and started sucking water with a kercher, 5 minutes later she left leaving the Kercher in the middle of the room and did not return. As a result, we cleaned all the water with shower towels ourselves!!! At the end of the day, we did not hear any words of apology, nor any compensation or gift….There were also ants running around in the room! Our room was on the second floor of room 8!!! If it were possible to attach a video, I would be happy to share it!

The hotel is nice, clean and cozy. There is no beach, but you can swim in the sea. Sun loungers and a swimming pool are convenient. The prices in the restaurant are average in Moscow. I haven't tried the kitchen.
