What I liked: white cotton bed linen. The sofas are soft. Responsive staff. Clear. White coats. High quality towels: white, fluffy. The room is cleaned conscientiously. The breakfasts are dense: omelet, porridge, drink, sandwich.
I was pleased with the sauna for a fee in the backyard. But it is also quite clean there.
The hotel is not new and needs renovation in some places. Reducing the cost of living over a long period, I am sure, would attract tourists to stay with you longer.

The hotel is good. There were 2 nights . The breakfasts are quite tolerable , the lake is across the street. There is a travel agency within walking distance . The only point is that we lived in a suite and there was air conditioning. They say that he is not in the other rooms .

I really liked the hotel! Everything is clean, comfortable, cozy! The rooms have a magnificent view of the pine trees and the lake.The location couldn't be better, 100 meters from the central beach.the staff is very friendly and polite, upon request they provide skewers, nets for frying meat, dishes, everything is perfectly clean. The breakfasts are very tasty! The only thing this guest house lacks is to "refine" the territory behind the guest house, a large territory, but the owners did not "bother" with it at all.

The hotel is good, but
there is no air conditioning in a standard room for 40,000 tenge. This is basically the only huge disadvantage of the hotel.
+ everything else is fine, except for breakfast, it didn't work out with them, it starts at 8, it's late for us.

The price tag of 30 thousand / day does not justify itself at all! There is no air conditioning in the room, the bed linen is dirty, the toilet is dark, the shower stall is old, the doors in which barely hold! There is no drinking water in the room. The Wi-Fi is terrible, nothing loads!
There is a Russian sauna, which is not included in the room rate. 7000 / hour for 4 people, for each subsequent person an additional payment of 1000 tenge.
The breakfast is very, very modest! There are only three dishes to choose from, no vegetables, no fruits.

Minus - Wi-Fi was available only in the corridor, in the room - a problem, for those who like to sleep in silence - karaoke is nearby, working until 3.00.
