It's just the daily rudeness of management as the norm. It doesn't matter who is standing in front of him: a woman twice his age or a young girl - bad manners and arrogance rule. Either he defiantly does not turn around and is silent, and if he answered so little, he does not refuse No dessert is worth a spoiled mood and disrespect. This is my last room and I will not recommend it to anyone.
