Cafe Kondi Hayat is located in the historic district of Kond. According to the owner's idea, the cafe was created as an opportunity to see how the local population lives in the houses of this area. You will walk through the house, see the interior and get to the veranda and courtyard with a good view of the city. The menu in the cafe is small, but delicious at home, the hostess cooks, there is homemade wine. You can try Armenian desserts - baklava and gata. Everything is not expensive. If you do, you can chat with the pleasant cafe owner, who will tell you about the area, cafes and life in Armenia.

We got to the street art gallery, it's very beautiful, Arsho wine is located nearby, I highly recommend finding this place, there are paintings by the artist inside, enjoying the paintings and drinking wine is great
