A great hotel in the old town. It is convenient to find, 10 minutes walk from the tram stop. There are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets along the way and nearby. Nearby there is a chic bakery and a hammam (one of the oldest in the city). The building itself is in an authentic Turkish style, there is a small courtyard. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Tea and coffee are available around the clock. Breakfast is from 8.30 to 10.00. A large selection of snacks, a couple of hot dishes, fruits. The rooms are simply furnished, but everything is there. Wi-Fi without complaints.
Since there are cafes and restaurants nearby, there may be music up to 23-24 hours, everyone warns about this, it did not cause any particular inconvenience.
Great hotel.
Clean rooms, convenient location, it is possible to park a car.
A small hotel, a cozy courtyard with a fountain, a small dining room, breakfast included, a large number of cafes for lunch and dinner nearby.
Polite staff.
I recommend it for a few days' rest, walking around the Old Town, the park, and a private paid beach
I stayed at this hotel from October 14th to 19th. Of the advantages, this is the location, proximity to all attractions within walking distance. The staff is excellent, always ready to help. The breakfast is modest, without frills, an omelette will be made on request. But the number....without windows, it looks like a pencil case, there is only room for a bed. If you feel claustrophobic, then be careful in choosing.
A very cozy hotel in the heart of the old town. Excellent staff, good breakfast. Very clean. We found a place for parking a micro bus , who would understand what we were talking about , it's almost impossible. Of the cons, it's noisy from the nearby restaurant, but it's a pain of the old town. For that, there are birushi :)
The hotel was for one night, we lived in a room with glass entrance doors, where the windows overlooked the courtyard, that you could see everything and everyone, very slippery steps at the entrance to the hotel (I slipped on them and fell), breakfast is not very chic, but you can eat
It had a very authentic atmosphere the location of the hotel is really very good very close to the marble beach you can reach the beach in a few minutes the business staff is really sincere sincere really very satisfied we leave to the owner of the hotel Osman Bey also thank you very much for his approach
A great old Turkish mansion, where many things store that energy. That's exactly how I wanted to live. Marble fountain in the courtyard, grenades hanging over the entrance. Delicious, traditional Turkish breakfast (fruits, scramble, cheeses, syrups, vegetables, etc. and of course olives, where without them) and everything is fresh.

Location is the most important plus! The staff is polite, the cleaning is good! There is everything nearby: a museum, a park of alcoholics with a beautiful view of the marina, a 700-year-old hammam, bars, restaurants. The only downside is that there is a spacious bar across the street and on Fri-Sat they shout until 2-3-4 in the morning. But it depends on your number.
