The place I always visit🫰 the food, the service, everything is at the highest level👍👍👍❤️ all the waiters are well done, very attentive and friendly ❤️ they put a lot of emphasis on mutton, so often I can't really order anything except breakfast and tea because I don't eat mutton, I would like more dishes with chicken and beef without adding mutton. Even lamb shorpa is added to lean lentil soup.🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ That's what's frustrating((( can you review these moments please 🙏❤

The cost of lunch is about 3,000 tenge. There are a lot of visitors at lunchtime. Prompt maintenance, waiting takes about 10-15 minutes on average. The staff is attentive and always with a smile. Great location. The tables are positioned correctly, without interfering with each other. In general, everything is not bad, but the food tastes closer to a Turkish canteen than a cafe.

A very pleasant and delicious Turkish cafe, a delicious Business lunch, as well as a delicious selection of menus just for dinner. Basically all the dishes are on the grill. I always take a square of lamb on the coals! In the City of Aktobe, this is one of the places that is definitely worth a look!

Good afternoon. The establishment at the time of opening and now are completely different cafes: the service is simply unsatisfactory! Three recent visits and three times a spoiled mood.
Two months ago, they brought a kebab inside raw, just red minced meat. Returned, replaced. I thought - well, it happens…
A month ago, my wife and I went to lunch at the complex: she stands in front of the window, looks at the mutton she sees with her own eyes, orders them, and the waiter says there is no mutton. She says - here it is in the window!!! To which he gave out a masterpiece: it is not there, it will be bought by customers who are standing in line behind you))) just fire.
And today's visit (100% it is the last to this institution): we came, ordered soup, the second, we are waiting. The soup was brought at the same time, then my second was brought to me, but my wife did not, I had already eaten half, and my wife looks at the brazier who leaves (you can see how he works from behind the tables) and we understand that we simply forgot about her second.
I conclude that at the time of opening, it turned from a normal institution into just a diner. The most annoying thing is that there is always a man in the hall, or the director, or the owner, he sees all this and cannot restore order. Today, the hall was generally half-empty and there seemed to be 4 or 5 waitresses-trinkets.
I won't go there anymore, and I don't advise anyone

A worthy representative of establishments with Turkish cuisine! The doner is simply excellent, after trying it once you will even order for delivery! Moreover, a doner with an exceptional filling, the absence of all sorts of things like captofel fries and meat thickly filled with sauce "a la Cheap mayonnaise"! The waiter girls work quickly and accurately. They just work. There are no empty glances and useless movements. The Turkish administrators themselves sit in the hall and keep order.
Atmosphere
That's the peculiar atmosphere. I haven't quite figured out exactly what the subtext is behind this. But I must say right away - I like it.
Something between a dining room and a restaurant. But neither one nor the other. From the restaurant's point of view, there is no pathos here. A demonstration, I think, that this institution is for everyday use. In my understanding, a restaurant is a celebration of any events, or a meeting with guests on a neutral territory. The dining room - ready-made dishes at a low price. There are no ready-made dishes in Konak, but it's not pretentious either. But that's the trick. It looks like small Italian restaurants where people come just to have dinner, and where the food should be cooked at home.

10-15 min. Sometimes a little more, but it doesn't bother

Very tasty. Not greasy. The portions are medium.
Interior
The interior is contradictory. It doesn't quite fit the atmosphere. There is an open access oven for tortillas, a barbecue.
Drinks
Non-alcoholic drinks. Turkish ayran, compote, Turkish tea
Dishes
Only Turkish ones. Both well-known and those that I tried only here. After eating, there is no feeling of heaviness, although meat is present.
To be honest, when I first came, I didn't like it. I turned around and left. The second time I just came and ordered one of the dishes. Hooked, now I go all the time. Everything is calm with the word here. I calmly ordered, waited calmly, ate calmly. I would recommend it for families. But with a caveat. Just eat some delicious food in peace. Without pathos, but with confidence that the dish has just been cooked. I don't know what will happen next. But the style of small home restaurants suits me.
