It doesn't attract you from the outside, BUT when you come in, you feel comfortable, no matter how strange it sounds. The interior is clean!!!
Mostly Soviet-era repairs, but there are a couple of offices where modern repairs have been made. Where there is no modern, there is a cosmetic one. The medical staff is mostly pleasant.
The ratio of competent doctors to exceptions (5 g : 1 exc.), as for me, is a good indicator!
I put 5, because I have never seen such cleanliness in the state!
