An absolute mockery and an obvious deception of the consumer. I do not advise you to contact this service for the purchase of laptops and equipment.

A great store. The prices are among the lowest, the quality of service is excellent.
I waited for my laptop for a week, a couple of days I got a call and was warned that there was a small defect (scratch) on the case that I would not even notice. They offered to look at it and decide whether to order a new one or pick it up. I took it away, and they also made an 80p discount for a small barely visible scratch. It's a small thing, but it's nice!
