Terrible irresponsibility! You made my mother cry because she couldn't surprise me when I arrived! The bouquet was ordered on Monday, so what? The flowers ran out and they didn't even apologize!!! They don't know how to work with clients! They're being rude! They simply could not tell what kind of ready-made bouquets they have for a certain amount! We didn't get a response from the manager on Whatsapp.
