Yesterday, your chain of stores "Komp'uterniy vsesvit" sent me a 10% discount on products purchased from you via SMS as a greeting...but when calculating the discount, it turned out to be the usual 2% and your "seller" completely refused to correct this discrepancy correctly, while giving some explanations and advice that did not correspond to the usual norms of upbringing. This situation upset me a little on this day (although last year, it was on this day that a 10% discount discount was taken into account by your store when I bought the product). The assortment of goods in the store is good, there are always interesting positions for any buyer. What should I do with you in the future causes me some doubts... thanks for understanding
