Good afternoon! I want to leave my feedback about the trip on the Moscow-Bobruisk flight on 02/19/2025 by the Virage-M company.
Upon arrival from Thailand to Moscow, the dispatcher told her to unsubscribe via Viber and inform her of her arrival at the airport.
Although they know that Viber does not work in Russia, there is no other connection with them!!!!!!!
The transfer arrived at 01:00 a.m., and at 8 a.m. our NIGHTMARE began!!!!
Before reaching the Russian border about 5 kilometers away, the driver FELL ASLEEP and we got into an accident !!!!! Miraculously, all the passengers survived , the dividing fence helped not to fly into the oncoming lane and the snow with the animal netting and we were in the ditch , where we ended up !!!!
Immediately after the accident, the drivers, without saying a word, without asking us (the passengers) if someone needed medical help, just got out of the minibus onto the side of the road!!!!!
We had children in the cabin!!!!!
We couldn't leave the cabin on our own, because the door was blocked by a screen! And only after 40 minutes, one of the drivers asked, "does anyone need medical help?" and helped us out of the cabin, from where we all went to a nearby gas station! While at the gas station, one of the passengers called the dispatcher, to which the dispatcher said that she was not aware of what was happening and gave the logistician's phone number, telling us to contact him ourselves !!!!!!!!!!! The logistics coordinator picked up the phone , remained silent to our questions , and eventually hung up!!!!!! The connection was good!!!! And then he didn 't answer the phone at all !!!! We learned from the driver that a minibus had left Vitebsk for us, and only 4 hours later we were overloaded with suitcases and we left!!! When we were already on the Belarusian side, the passenger called the logistics officer again, in response he was RUDE AND RUDE, and in general he said that we would be criminally responsible for giving false testimony!!!!!!!!!!!!! The logistician is not competent in his work at all and is out of place !!!!
The Virage-M administration apologized on Viber a DAY after the accident!!!!

Today, on 12/30/2024, we were traveling from Domodedovo. The first thing that shocked us was that the bus left and did not wait for us, although we got out, as the operator said at one o'clock. The second driver behaved inappropriately, he didn't talk calmly, he just yelled boorishly. At the gas station, the child stayed on the bus, I returned to call her to eat, to which this inadequate driver closed the door and continued to yell and talk rudely again. All the passengers are in shock. I'm going through this company for the first and last time. I have not seen such rudeness in Belarus for a long time.

I have been using the services of this Company for several years now. I'm happy with everything. Excellent transportation. Nice staff. Everyone has become like family already. Thanks a lot to Virazh-M.
