We were told to contact the place where we bought. I've been in correspondence with one two trip all day. They did not give any specific information, they said to wait. At the same time, the booked hotel was already on fire. I called them many times from abroad and did not receive any clear answer. Only the next day they wrote that they could not help in any way. I bought a new ticket + lost a night at the hotel. I have been waiting for a refund for 6 months. Everyone who lost this flight was either displaced or the money was refunded. One two trip fed endless promises and eventually stopped responding altogether. Unprofessional staff and fraudulent company policy!
Terrible company, or rather, NO support in case of anything! I can't get through, I can't finish writing! Our flight was changed shortly before departure, the transfer was changed from 4 o'clock to 52 ((( which naturally did not suit us. They do not answer questions, they do not issue a ticket booking number on the official website of the airline, it is not clear whether tickets existed at all! A replacement was offered, but confirmation of the replacement did not come, time is running out, no one responds either in the support chat or by mail!

What a day I've been doing this approval, but all the time I get refused due to incorrect data, I probably should have asked for a passport with a different number and series so that they would like it. Support is not responding, it is also not possible to reach the operator....I appeal to the same OneTwoTrip users, please do not use the gift card, so as not to spoil the impression of this company, as happened to me!!!!! I want to figure this out and never mess with OneTwoTrip again....
They do not refund money for an excellent airline flight, this is some kind of game. They do not respond to messages, they refer to the fact that they are waiting for "an answer from the airline", but based on past experience, when it was necessary to change the departure date and the staff of this service could not do it for 3 weeks, about the fact that I called the airline (Qatar) where they said that this issue would be resolved in 5-10 minutes, I can confidently say that they did not even contact the airline! To requests to provide me with confirmation of this appeal or an official response from the carrier, of course, ignore. Information about the cancellation of the flight was sent about a month before departure, the flight was scheduled to take place on December 10.
We bought plane tickets 2 times via One Two Trip. For the first time in the summer of 2023, Moscow - Bali - Moscow with a transfer in Shanghai, the carrier is China Eastern Airlines. For the second time in January 2024 Bangkok - Da Nang - Bangkok, the carrier is Air Asia. The flights took place, there were no problems. Of course, it was scary to buy tickets through aggregators because of the bad reviews, we chose One Two Trip, because friends also used this service and everything went OK. I am writing just so that you understand that more often after force majeure you want to speak out and write a bad review, but no one writes good reviews, since the flight that took place is a matter of course.
We bought return tickets, having overpaid the money. Subsequently, it was necessary to reschedule the trip and return the tickets. Of the 43,000 rubles paid for tickets, the company wants to refund only 188 rubles for 2 tickets. And this, let me remind you, despite the fact that return tickets were bought for 5,000 rubles more expensive. And they don't help to solve the issue in any way, they just blame everything on the airline, and they themselves are kind of out of the subject here.

OneTwoTrip's specified phone number +7(495) 646-83-62 is answered only by an answering machine offering to contact them only in a mobile phone chat or by mail. The request was sent by mail on October 8th due to the fact that they probably had a malfunction in the system and they did not register two flight segments in their booking system (Moscow-Algiers and then Algiers-Paris) on this basis, they immediately canceled return tickets! Photos of boarding passes (the transfer was carried out according to plan) were immediately sent to them, but for 4 days there was no response or it was impossible to get through. A very expensive trip that was planned in advance (back in April 2023) as a gift is now irretrievably ruined (not even counting the financial costs and costs of nerve cells). NEVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I have been buying tickets in the app for almost 10 years. Everything was fine, the support usually worked without problems too. The service itself is convenient, the application is convenient. But today I faced the following situation:
The airline canceled the flight and refunded the funds, but OneTwoTrip charges its own "service fee", which I pay, despite the fact that (once again, pay attention) the flight was canceled not on my initiative! As it turned out, this is spelled out in the user agreement, as well as many other very dubious things. With such a user agreement, there is a direct road to court! I would really like justice and, hopefully, one day it will overtake this company. At least it would be fair to charge this fee from the airline in case of flight cancellation by them, and not from customers! Apparently, they thought in the wrong place when they wrote this agreement. And if so, it means that the decision-maker is either poorly acquainted with the content, or a person deprived of a sense of justice.
I will not buy tickets through the app anymore in principle, and I will also recommend other services to others.
